Participates in system walkdowns, punch-list management, construction close-out and turnover of systems to client and/or the C&Q team. Reviews contractors' red-line mark-ups for completeness and accuracy. Maintains all documentation Project filing requirements. Ensure construction IFC's are Red-Lined showing progress achieved and accuracy of installation. Expedites the close out of punchlists Commercial Be familiar with the contents of the contract, pricing agreement and scope of work Advises Construction Superintendent and Contracts Manager in relation to any field variations, scope changes or potential additional costs Ensures that any correspondence received from contractors which may have a contractual significance (e.g. cost, quality, and schedule) is copied to the Construction Manager, Area Owner and Contracts Manager. Reviews any claims, extra costs against the contract scope and advises the contract administrator for the package. Tracks the contractor manpower loading, sequence of working, coordination plan to determine if the contract is working efficiently on the contract and provides feedback to the contract administrator. We are looking to add an experienced Field Hardware Support Engineer to the team of our pharmaceutical client based in Dublin. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot field issues with hardware and communications set e.g. CHARMS, cabling, I/O configuration, Ethernet Addressing Support CM SATs throughout project commissioning and qualification phase Complete system updates to correct issues identified under site change process Provide Knowledge Transfer to site team on hardware setup and configuration Liaise with site electrical contractor during investigations to identify root cause of issues and solutions Co-ordination of tasks to ensure timely delivery Communication of status with site team & management Requirements: 4 years + DeltaV experience, with previous site within the life sciences industries A BSc/BEng/BA Degree or equivalent experience with advanced degree. Experience designing and programming control systems with emphasis on DeltaV DCS. S88 batch process control within the (Bio)Pharma sector. Lead teams of Engineers and manage the Project Resources Scheduling Task assignments Client interaction co-ordination amongst different vendors co-ordination between front office team and remote engineering office teams. Batch Process upgrading on DeltaV platform for Pharmaceutical clients.- Interact with customer for Reviewing Design Specifications and Test Specifications. Working knowledge of other control system platforms desirable e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Unicorn etc. Experience with PLC, HMI, and SCADA an advantage. Knowledge and familiarity with regulated industry standards, including exposure to cGMP, GAMP and 21 CFR Part 11. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. and Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project. Service Engineer A growing company in the installation, service, and maintenance of industrial, and commercial doors are expanding and looking for a Service Engineer in Dublin, to take on the growing demands of their large clientele. THE COMPANY: Our client installs, maintains, and repairs industrial, and commercial doors, loading bays, clean room doors, industrial gates, and entry systems. Our client has customers all over Ireland servicing companies in manufacturing, retail, warehousing, construction, and the public sector. Established at the start of the century, our client has gone from strength to strength and are looking to bring on a Service Engineer to join their growing team in Dublin. THE ROLE: The successful Service Engineer will be based in Dublin and will: Travel to client sites and work on their docking/loading stations. Service, maintain, and repair the likes of roller shutters, loading ramps, highspeed doors etc. Some installation work will also be carried out. Some fabrcation or welding THE PERSON: We are looking to speak to a range of Service Engineer based in Dublin who meet some or all of the following: Any experience with access controls would be advantageous. Maintenance technicians, gates, automated engineers and those with prior experience with access control.
