Global responsibility for digitalization for Care Enablement's product teams along the core value chain and entire product life cycle of R&D, Product Mgmt./Sustaining, Industrialization / Manufacturing and Technical Service. + Develop the right skillset for Product Development & Industrialization Systems team and program members and drive application of modern working techniques as e.g. DevOps, agile, design thinking, test automation in team operations that improve team internal efficiency and lead time for requests to solve.
+ Collaborates especially with Care Enablement Operational Systems to incorporate digitalization of project management, governance, planning and reporting
+ Sets strategy and provides oversight to the system and capability architecture including the underlying data models

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

This Software Program Manager role focuses on Server Software teams, managing the planning, development, and delivery of software for Qualcomm's Server Business Unit.

**You will:**
