**What does a successful Technical Architect do?**
Technical Development Lead is currently a hands-on, technical leader and developer experienced in full stack Java, Cloud, Web and mobile technologies with working knowledge of Domain Driven Designs, Event Based Architecture, API and microservices architecture.
You must be passionate about new technologies and demonstrate working knowledge in various technologies across Cloud, UI, Application, Security and Data architecture domains. **What you will do:**

+ Working knowledge of cryptography, key management and security solutions on both mobile and server side with understanding of security protocols and cryptography including PKI, SSL, RSA, authentication, encryption, digital signatures;
+ Knowledge of emerging technologies such as rules, AI and Machine Learning;
+ Strong knowledge of application development technologies, tools, methodologies as well as all functional areas in an IT organization. Excellent level of analytical ability, communication and interpersonal skills required to build relationships with team members and customers to solve problems and resolve issues;
+ Functional and technical specifications, coding and testing and / or application support including strong understanding of mobile and web app, security concepts, session management, performance tuning, automated testing techniques, high availability engineering, and database technologies for mobile and web apps;

Technical Solutions Architect - €700-750 per day- Hybrid About the role A key Irish Government Regulatory Organisation is looking for a Technical Solutions Architect to join their team and play a key role in the delivery of a Digital Transformation program they currently have underway. About The Role:

That means, if a person was to have an X-Ray for example in Mayo, a specialist in Beaumont Hospital has instant access to all that patient's medical imaging. Our technical team make a difference to the Irish Healthcare system every day.

**Primary Responsibilities of the Enterprise Architect:**
+ Advising and recommending enterprise architecture strategies, processes and methodologies
+ Recommending and participating in the analysis, evaluation and development of enterprise long-term strategic and operating plans to ensure that the EA objectives are consistent with the organisations long-term business objectives
+ Researching overall ICT solutions to identify ICT architecture requirements specific to the business needs of Change Healthcare International
+ In conjunction with the wider global Change Healthcare Enterprise Architecture team, agree, prioritise, and govern shared ICT architecture requirements and roadmaps
+ Make recommendations for new technologies required to deliver on Change Healthcare vision and ensures the best/most appropriate use of existing technologies
+ Leverage technical expertise across the enterprise to architect, deploy and oversee new technical solutions required for Change Healthcare International customers
+ Definition of technical architecture configuration and standards. Ensures defined standards are adhered to and that the appropriate governance is in place

**Required Qualifications of the** **Enterprise Architect :**
+ Extensive work experience in information technology
+ Proven experience in a Enterprise Architect role in a busy IT environment
+ Proficient communications and influencing skills with a range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels
+ Previous experience with a client-facing consultancy with significant pre-sales client exposure
+ Knowledge of modern development, cloud and integration design patterns and architectures
+ Previous experience in defining and delivering enterprise change and transformation programmes using technology
**Preferred Qualifications of the** **Enterprise Architect:**
+ Knowledge of digital health standards such as HL7, DICOM, FHIR, IHE
+ Cloud vendor certifications (such as AWS, Azure, Google GCP)
+ Demonstrate good understanding of the healthcare IT market and its challenges and how ICT can help achieve business outcomes
**Soft Skills:**
+ Strong written and verbal presentation skills
