  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and shadowing sessions with employees at all levels
  • Create clear, standardised process maps using tools like Lucidchart, Visio, or Miro
  • Document inputs, outputs, roles, systems, and dependencies for each process
  • Identify gaps, overlaps, and inefficiencies in current workflows
  • Collaborate with department heads to validate and refine documentation
  • Develop a central repository or process library for ongoing use
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements or automation opportunities
  • Support training and onboarding by creating visual and written SOPs
  • Report progress regularly to senior leadership, including the CEO and Head of HR & Business Services

Requirements

  • Significant experience in business process analysis, operations, or continuous improvement
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in manufacturing or food production environments
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
  • Excellent documentation and visual mapping skills
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a long-term project
  • Experience working with process mapping tools and systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to spot risks and suggest solutions
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
  • A team player who's happy to support across departments and contribute to a positive, people-first culture
