Drive Operational & Delivery Excellence
- Champion best practices across CI/CD, automation, observability, security, and performance.
- Evolve our internal operating model through feedback and experimentation.
- Promote a value-delivery focused approach to estimation, planning, and execution.
- Reinforce the importance of metrics - using them not just to report, but to learn, adapt, and improve.
All About You

Leadership & Collaboration
- Proven experience managing engineering teams, ideally in an agile setup.

- Experience with full-stack technologies like Java, Spring Boot, React, and Postgres.
- Familiar with secure development, accessibility, and performance optimisation in cloud environments.
Mindset & Approach
- People-first leader who values team health as much as delivery outcomes.
- Adaptable and pragmatic - focused on finding the best path forward in changing conditions.
- Passionate about building inclusive, high-performing teams where people feel safe, supported, and excited to grow.
Why You'll Love This Role
---
- Lead a brilliant team delivering a meaningful product in the crypto security space.
