Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in operating machinery efficiently, ensuring high-quality production, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous manufacturing experience who is eager to expand their skills in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. Your Responsibilities: Machine Operation - Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to meet output targets. Quality Control - Conduct regular product checks to ensure compliance with company standards. Health & Safety Compliance - Follow all safety protocols and hygiene procedures. Troubleshooting & Maintenance - Identify and resolve minor machine issues, escalating problems when necessary. Efficiency & Productivity - Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve daily targets. What You Need: Previous experience operating production machinery. Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset. Ability to work in a rotating shift pattern (see below). Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. In this position, you will help ensure the efficient running of production by operating and maintaining machinery and power tools. Machine Operator responsibilities include setting up machines to start a production cycle, controlling and adjusting machine settings, inspecting parts to specifications and adjusting, or tool changes as necessary to maintain quality specifications. Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of industrial machines and power tools and is methodical and safety conscious.
