- 3 years' experience in business administration, real estate, finance, or technology
- Proven experience in ERP project management, implementation, or consulting roles
- Strong technical expertise in Yardi Voyager and related modules (e.g., Payscan, eProcurement, Vendor Café, Lease Manager, Fixed Assets, Investment Accounting, RentCafé Suite)
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong documentation/reporting ability
Role and Reporting Lines
This position reports into the Head of IT and will form part of a dedicated team of 5. The role will include:
- ERP Strategy – Lead platform strategy, incorporating new functionality rollouts and future developments
- Project Management – Develop project plans and provide monthly progress reporting to leadership
- Team Leadership – Manage an internal team responsible for end-user helpdesk service, system upgrades, and process improvements
- Training & Support – Deliver demos and training sessions to end users, ensuring strong adoption of new systems
- Stakeholder Collaboration – Build strong relationships with business units including operations, property management, accounting, and IT
- System Enhancements – Provide expert knowledge during system upgrades and ensure system performance is optimised
- Compliance & Security – Ensure software updates and security protocols are implemented in a timely manner
- Continuous Improvement – Conduct assessments to identify requirements, resolve technical challenges, and recommend system enhancements

What will the work look like for me?
As a Daktronics Intern, You Will Work With a Team Of Developers And Professionals To Design, Develop, And Deliver Software Solutions To Various Daktronics Customers And Business Groups. You Will Primarily Focus On
- Application Development: Enhancement and maintenance of our current applications and solutions along with design and development of new software applications using Microsoft Visual Studio.
- Programming Languages: A majority of work would be done in the C#, C++, JavaScript and Typescript software development languages.
- Team Collaboration: Work within a larger development team to solve problems.
- Testing and Documentation: Write unit tests for existing code along with assisting in the development of software product requirements and design documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed to support the efforts of Daktronics.

Qualifications
To be considered for Software Design Intern, we require the following:
Academic Requirements
- The preferred candidate will be a full-time student in their third year currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. Students who will start the internship the semester immediately following their Bachelor's degree graduation will also be considered.
- Required grading of 2:1 or higher.
- Able to take a semester off from school to complete the internship, if applicable.
- Must be able to commit to 40 hours per week (flexible between the working hours of 10am and 8pm).
- Work through the Cooperative Education/Internship Program at your accredited university and Faculty Coordinator to arrange for credit while participating in this 5-month internship.
- Unofficial transcripts or web transcripts must be submitted with application to be considered for this internship.
Preferred Experiences
- Object oriented programming knowledge is required. Knowledge of C++, C#, or Java preferred, but other object-oriented languages are acceptable.
- Preferred courses related to object-oriented design and data structures.
- Knowledge of GIT or other source control software.

- Ability to work with a team to solve problems.
- Dedication and desire for quality performance.
- Good oral and written communication skills, good organizational skills, self-motivation.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

We're seeking an experienced and visionary
Director of ERP Systems
to lead the strategy, governance, and performance optimization of our ERP platforms — including
SAP

Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)

In this senior leadership role, you'll drive the alignment of ERP systems with organizational goals, ensuring seamless integration and performance across all business units. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and drive the ERP strategy in line with business objectives and long-term vision.
