Requirements

• Act as the lead consultant on Aptean Food & Beverage ERP projects, taking ownership of solution design and delivery.
• Lead requirements workshops with stakeholders in finance, production, supply chain, quality, and retail operations.
• Configure and optimise Aptean modules: recipe/formulation, batch/lot traceability, catch weight, allergens, shelf life/expiry, quality control, compliance.
• Support integration of Aptean with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Retail for POS and retail operations.
• Provide functional leadership on data migration, testing (UAT), go-live, and post-go-live activities.
• Mentor junior consultants and share best practices across the ERP delivery team.
• Deliver end-user training and create high-quality documentation (process maps, specifications, training materials).

Position Overview:
Our Business Applications and Analytics function plays a pivotal role in driving business success through data-driven decision-making and operational excellence. This dynamic team manages enterprise-wide applications, including ERP, CRM, and BI systems. As part of the Financial Applications team, the Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is responsible for analysing, optimising, and supporting business systems across Diligent's finance technology stack. • Experience using NetSuite is desirable
• Experience using Coupa, Salesforce or OpenAir would also be beneficial.
• Interest and hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, or process automation (such as RPA, chatbot solutions, or workflow automation frameworks) is beneficial.

The Opportunity
You are responsible for managing GMP and non-GMP documentation through the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), covering the full lifecycle of controlled documents—both on-site and off-site. This includes issuance, storage, archiving, enforcing the document retention policy, and retrieving documents upon request.

You serve as the main point of contact for executing SAP functions, such as raising purchase orders, reviewing and approving invoices, setting up new vendors in SAP, and handling travel requests for personnel. You also oversee the control of consumable and general budgets and take the lead in implementing paperless systems within the plant.

In addition, you support the Systems group by developing your expertise in various software platforms through training and hands-on use of on-site computerized systems such as MES, PCS, BMS, and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of controlled documentation, including issuance, storage, retrieval, and compliance with document retention policies and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee EDMS and RIMs functions, periodic documentation reviews, and act as a document controller ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
• Prepare and maintain procedures, reports, and other documentation as required.
• Facilitate user access requests and removals across electronic systems and support training initiatives on computerized systems (e.g., MES, PCS, BMS, SAP).

Experience in large software projects focusing on requirements gathering and systems analysis.

Proficiency with tools such as JIRA and JIRA Align, particularly Scrum Boards.

Advanced SQL skills will be desirable

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for collaboration across teams.

Financial Services industry experience is a bonus, but not required.

Third-level qualification in Computer Science or equivalent IT qualification.
