2. System Configuration & Customization
- Odoo Module Setup: Configure standard Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, Manufacturing, etc.) to meet client-specific business needs.
- Customization: Identify gaps in out-of-the-box Odoo functionality. Collaborate with development teams or use Odoo Studio/custom code to implement necessary customizations (e.g., fields, workflows, dashboards, reports).
- Integration: Integrate Odoo with third-party applications, APIs, and legacy systems to ensure smooth data exchange and interoperability.
3. Data Migration
- Data Mapping: Translate and map data from legacy systems into corresponding fields/modules in Odoo.
- Data Import & Validation: Import datasets into Odoo using available tools (e.g., import templates or scripts). Validate accuracy and consistency post-migration.
4. Testing & Quality Assurance
- System Testing: Conduct end-to-end testing including unit, integration, and UAT to validate Odoo configurations and customizations.
- Issue Resolution: Identify, log, and resolve bugs or configuration issues in collaboration with internal teams and the client.
5. Training & Post-Go-Live Support
- User Training: Deliver comprehensive training to end-users, super-users, and administrators. Ensure smooth adoption of Odoo.
- Training Resources: Create and maintain user manuals, tutorial videos, and step-by-step guides tailored to the implemented Odoo solution.
- Support: Provide ongoing support post-launch to troubleshoot issues and fine-tune the system as needed.
6. Client Relationship Management
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent communication with client stakeholders. Provide updates on implementation progress, risks, and milestones.
- Expectation Management: Clearly define deliverables, timelines, and scope to manage expectations.
- Feedback Loop: Collect client feedback at all stages and use it to refine configurations or processes.
7. Documentation
- Project Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation covering Odoo configurations, workflows, customizations, and integration mappings.
- User Documentation: Develop clear and concise documentation for end-users to ensure they can use the system effectively.
- Technical Documentation: Work with developers (if needed) to document code, architecture, and integration points for long-term maintenance.
Requirements
- Proven experience implementing Odoo ERP (Community or Enterprise editions)
- Solid understanding of core Odoo modules and workflows

Our Business Applications and Analytics function plays a pivotal role in driving business success through data-driven decision-making and operational excellence. This dynamic team manages enterprise-wide applications, including ERP, CRM, and BI systems. As part of the Financial Applications team, the Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is responsible for analysing, optimising, and supporting business systems across Diligent's finance technology stack. - Experience using NetSuite is desirable
- Experience using Coupa, Salesforce or OpenAir would also be beneficial.
- Interest and hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, or process automation (such as RPA, chatbot solutions, or workflow automation frameworks) is beneficial.
- Strong understanding of Finance/Accounting practices such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and invoicing, with experience of revenue recognition beneficial.

The Opportunity
You are responsible for managing GMP and non-GMP documentation through the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), covering the full lifecycle of controlled documents—both on-site and off-site. This includes issuance, storage, archiving, enforcing the document retention policy, and retrieving documents upon request.
You serve as the main point of contact for executing SAP functions, such as raising purchase orders, reviewing and approving invoices, setting up new vendors in SAP, and handling travel requests for personnel. You also oversee the control of consumable and general budgets and take the lead in implementing paperless systems within the plant.
In addition, you support the Systems group by developing your expertise in various software platforms through training and hands-on use of on-site computerized systems such as MES, PCS, BMS, and SAP.

**Requirements / Qualifications**
