Responsibilities:

  • Our team will set you up for success by coordinating all of the event details, shipping event materials, and arranging staffing for each event. We need YOU to be our day-of hands on the ground Be our next onsite Event Coordinator for fun, engaging, team-building, social impact activities, experiences, and events that support a great cause
  • Event Preparation: Join virtual planning meetings ahead of each event with all parties: corporate partner, nonprofit partner, event host, event coordinators, etc
  • Take ownership and responsibility of our in-person events: be on-site to set up, align with the on-site team, tear down, clean site areas, problem-solve, and ensure high-quality customer experience
  • Be the representative, leader, and problem solver at events
  • Align roles and responsibilities with the onsite team: event host, nonprofit organization, venue, additional staff, and corporate partner
  • Manage check-in process for in-person events; providing a warm and friendly welcome to guests
  • Problem-solving issues such as missing supplies, late staff, technology challenges, etc
  • Escalate issues to the Events Team when necessary to keep them informed or help problem-solve
  • Send consistent updates, photos, and videos to Events Team throughout event
  • Breakdown after the event ends, helping to clean the site and repackage and ship all materials back to the distribution center
  • Pack supplies and add shipping labels which may include loading boxes

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and strong communication skills
  • Based in Galway, Ireland
  • Schedule flexibility with availability to work on a contract per-event basis, as needed
  • Experience in complex, large-scale events and smaller executive-level intimate events
  • Shown experience in executing events at the highest level and continuously raising the bar on content and the customer experience
  • Resourcefulness, have the ability to exhibit grace under pressure, and be solutions-minded in ambiguous situations

Seeq makes data analytics software focused on industrial process data, catering to sectors such as pharmaceuticals, mining, and energy. We are looking for a Field Events Marketing Manager for the EMEA/APAC regions. In this role, you will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing regional field marketing events that engage prospects and customers, driving brand awareness and lead generation.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive events marketing strategy targeted at EMEA and APAC markets.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute field events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
  • Work closely with the sales and partner teams to identify key opportunities for in-person engagements and develop tailored event plans.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials, including emails, social media content, and event collateral.
  • Manage logistics for all events, including venue selection, budget tracking, and on-site execution.
  • Analyze and report on event outcomes, tracking KPIs such as attendee engagement, lead generation, and follow-up activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure successful event outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to continuously improve event strategies.

Requirements

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, events management, or a related area, preferably in a B2B tech or SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience managing and executing successful events and marketing campaigns across EMEA/APAC regions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze event data to measure success and optimize future initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25%) for events within the EMEA/APAC regions.
  • Knowledge of industrial analytics and familiarity with the software industry is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce including lead imports, campaign tracking and reporting.

  • experience a plus; comfortable with MS Office suite and Slack.

  • Multilingual; English and German preferred; additional languages a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
