Corresponding with Revenue with respect to Compliance Intervention Notifications. Track and forecast claims and funding receipts across relevant projects. Stakeholder Engagement Partner with R&D, Legal, Grant Coordinators and Government Affairs teams to support accurate financial claims and documentation. Liaise with external advisors, Revenue, and grant-awarding agencies as needed. Prepare briefings and materials for senior leadership on opportunities and risks related to tax and grant incentives. Compliance & Documentation Maintain audit-ready records of supporting financial documentation for tax and grant claims. Monitor legislative updates and proactively assess implications for the organisation. Personal Attributes Demonstrated teamwork, collaboration, and coordination skills. Flexible and adaptable when navigating uncertainty. Experience & Education Requirements Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Taxation, or a related field. Minimum 35 years of experience in financial analysis or tax advisory, with demonstrated expertise in Irish tax incentives. In-depth knowledge of Revenues R&D tax credit regime, Knowledge Development Box (KDB), and grant application/reporting processes. Experience working with IDA Ireland, Enterprise Ireland, or other funding bodies is a strong advantage. Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of intellectual property regulations in Ireland. Financial reporting, budgeting, and management expertise. Fluency in Microsoft 365 tools and project management software.
