RIAI Architect's
to join their team. There are multiple positions available for this team.
With a healthy portfolio of work across a range of project sectors, namely larger-scale office, retail and commercial schemes, the studio are well-established across the country. They have a proven track record of delivering across large-scale residential, masterplanning, commercial, education and healthcare sectors.
Key responsibilities:
Suitable Architects will have 3-6 years experience post qualification in Ireland with previous education experience in Ireland an advantage.
The studio are looking for an Architect that has previous project experience right through the RIAI plan of work, working through early design and feasibility stages, through planning to construction on site. The studio have a range of large office-retail projects at planning stages, so previous experience across RIAI planning stages is desirable and will put you at a considerable advantage.
The studio are well-known for their excellence, with some of the best industry professionals working for the studio. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a studio and surround yourself with sharp construction minds and creative excellence.

Profile: Development/Analyst Consultant(s)
The ideal candidates will have exposure to some or all of the following knowledge / experience:
- Software development, design and analysis skills
- Knowledge of relational databases, such as MySQL and/or MSSQL.
- Practical experience of PHP libraries
- Some software development experience ideally in PHP or related scripting languages. The ideal candidate will have a strong practical understanding of the PHP language, especially security considerations, caching methodology and PHP OO models.
- Some practical knowledge of Angular and / or java script including AJAX (ExtJS) is an advantage.
- Practical experience in open source or commercial workflow engines
- Practical experience in user interface design and business process/workflow design and testing
- Practical experience of JQuery and ExtJS, and HTML
- A self-starter, with ability to work well as part of a team and independently.

Key Responsibilities (depending on the role):
- Support the daily operations of the service through administration, maintenance, gardening, driving, or activity room assisting.
- Assist individuals with physical and neurological conditions to maintain their independence and quality of life.
- Provide support for staff and residents by facilitating activities and daily routines.
- Work as part of a team to ensure the safety, well-being, and progress of the individuals in our care.
- Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and organisational policies.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A genuine interest in working with individuals with physical and bneurological conditions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in Community Employment schemes or similar roles is an advantage but not required.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to contributing to the well-being of residents.

How can you make a difference?
As a Service Technician you will be responsible for the servicing and maintenance of Nordex wind turbines for Nordex Energy Ireland. You will carry out general and specialized work including repairs, troubleshooting and fault-finding activities. Our goal is to achieve a high level of availability for the running of the turbines.
What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for Wind Turbine availability which means physically troubleshooting turbines with low availability on site in various wind farms as well as analysing data and other information to be able to create and support implementing action plans that will increase availability in the fleet.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- On site performance analysis and action plan implementation
- Working closely with Technicians and Back Office staff to perform on the job demonstrations
- Supporting on site single turbine improvements on problem turbines
- Providing on site software & hardware updates,
- Supporting on-line and on phone technical support,
- Creating reports on turbine or turbine components
- Parameter disabling and alarm change handling when necessary.
What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in the Mechanical / Electrical industry and be able to demonstrate knowledge of reading electrical, hydraulic and mechanical diagrams.
You will be Mechanical or Electrical trained through time-served or a technical college qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
You will be able to demonstrate you can identify and define problems, extract crucial information from technical data, and develop workable solutions to problems and have the ability to work in an environment of continuous change and different challenges. With a positive attitude and willingness to learn, lead, and improve.
You are computer literate and confident in using MS office, in hour databased and workload management systems, bonus points if you have used SAP.
This role involves working at heights, up to 100m. You will need to be fit and health and pass a working at height test.
You will be required to travel to different sites and can include nights away from home.
A full UK / EU Driving Licence is required for this role.
