The Opportunities You will join a dynamic audit & accounts team working across statutory audits, management accounts, and financial statement preparation for a broad portfolio of clients including SMEs, regulated entities, and international companies. Key Responsibilities Assist with or lead audit engagements from planning through to completion. Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with FRS 102. Support clients with general accounting, management accounts, and financial reporting queries. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients. Liaise with managers and partners on workflow, deadlines, and client feedback. For part-qualified roles: work under supervision while progressing through exams. For qualified roles: mentor junior staff and take ownership of client relationships. Requirements Part-Qualified Candidates: Currently pursuing ACA / ACCA qualification (or equivalent). 13 years experience in a practice environment. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Familiarity with accounting software (Sage, Xero, etc.) a plus. Qualified Candidates: ACA / ACCA qualified with 3+ years practice experience. Confident managing audit files and preparing financial statements. Comfortable working with multiple clients and managing timelines. Experience mentoring junior staff desirable.
