The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the Cordella System, focusing on installation, technical support, and system optimization at clinical sites and patient homes. This role provides critical technical expertise and ensures high performance of the Cordella System by leading system installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance. The Field Service Engineer will serve as a key technical resource, ensuring successful system implementation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements in system performance and user experience.

**What you'll need:**

Louth Ref: S RecruitmentPlus on behalf of our client are seeking a capable Field Service Engineer to travel to customer sites to service, install and at times provide training on their equipment. This role will involve 50% travel, throughout Ireland and with short trips to UK & EU, sometimes with short notice. Requirements: 1+ years experience in a field service role working on electromechanical equipment. Responsible professional with strong communication skills and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Experience using a structured support process. Proven track record in producing relevant report material. Automation and controls experience. Strong mechanical and/or CAD knowledge. Electrical wiring knowledge and associated standards. Troubleshooting of electrical circuits. Strong relationship management skills, excellent communicator both oral and in writing with commercial awareness. Has strong problem solving skills, works as a team player and always with integrity. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Perform start-up, installation and operator training for installations of industrial equipment. Troubleshoot (remotely or onsite) installed equipment to identify and correct technical problems (mechanical, electronic, operational) Provide information to engineering as needed to escalate ongoing problems. Develop positive customer relationships Schedule and prioritise service trips amongst global team. Prepare service call and expense reports in an accurate and timely manner. Perform setup and maintenance for in-house showroom equipment. Develop and maintain product documentation, training material and customer training courses. Conduct formal training classes with customers. Conduct Application studies as required. Develop electrical drawings and schematics as required.
