**What we are looking for?**
Our Field Service Engineer role it ultimately responsible for the execution, repair and maintenance of our pumps, for our customers. Working either individually or in a team to address the customers' requests in an efficient and professional manner.
You would need the ability to disassemble, inspect, trouble-shoot, repair and replace parts, along with being able to reassemble pumps and pump systems.
**What is your background?**
We are open to various experience levels and imagine that you may have of some below:
+ Experience in the industry or comparable environment with a good knowledge of pump technology.
+ Ideally a technical education of electrical/mechanical engineering.
+ Understanding of Health and Safety best practices (shown through Hazard observation, Risk assessment accuracy, and Safe system of work)
+ Experience of working within a customer-centric environment and the ability to communicate among various stakeholders and customers.
+ Solid digital literacy with the ability to use various internal systems.

Job Description
About the role:
You will perform field service as advised by the call dispatch staff/system, carrying out repairs, preventative maintenance, qualifications, and installation including IQOQ of instrumentation and their accessories. Main product groups that will be supported are ICP-OES and Material characterization. Experience in FTIR, UV/Vis and GC would be an advantage. Experience in GMP environments also an advantage. Full product training will be given.
Planning and executing work in an effective and efficient manner, providing the highest levels of customer service support, and the best possible financial performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Field Service.
- Provide onsite user training on defined product groups.
- Organizing routine maintenance allocated monthly.
- Ensures that all documentation, circuit diagrams, Service Data Bulletins and manuals are of the correct revision to undertake service on specific instrument types. Maintains ancillary documentation e.g. Safety Manual, Procedures Manual to the highest standard with regular reviewing of manuals provided in accordance with the Quality Management System.
- Align personal working practices with the department s performance targets. Actively demonstrate compliance with all team targets.
- Maintains personal service spares issued and inventory records to the highest standard. Ensures all anomalies are quickly and effectively reported and resolved.
- Ensures that all tools and test equipment is adequate to perform service required, and that all test equipment issued is calibrated at the times specified.
- Makes returns of all fully completed service documentation, Service Reports, Time Sheets, Expenses Claims, Motor Vehicle Log Sheets etc, on a weekly basis or as required.
- Able to promote /sell service products inc consumables and service contract.
- Able to deliver customer service Training courses.
About you:
To be considered for the role, you will have the following skills and experience:
- HND or equivalent in Electronic Engineering or a similar discipline.
- Full Irish Driving License.
- Experience in a Customer Service Environment.
- Experience in GMP environments.
- Background in Electronics or similar discipline, with an understanding of analytical instrumentation and awareness of instrument applications.
- Experience in FTIR, UV/Vis and GC would be an advantage.
