Key Responsibilities Specific areas of responsibility will include but are not limited to: Service of an existing customer base to include inbound and outbound calls.
Reviewing existing customer base to identify financial services needs.
Persuade prospective clients to engage in a phone conversation and/or meeting to discuss their financial needs.
Reviewing existing customer base for business development opportunities.
The successful candidate will provide advice and assistance to existing/new customers to enable them to achieve their financial goals.
This will be managed through inbound and outbound telephony and video calling, together with responding to and executing various new business applications.
Promotion of sales with the existing client base on protection products at the outset with a view to development to other products as the progresses.
Manage referrals to/from existing Advisory Team.
Manage existing group pension and risk schemes.
Be actively involved and contribute towards campaigns.
Play a proactive role in developing the Financial Services Hub.
Knowledge You are at least QFA qualified.
You will have a very good knowledge of life and Protection Insurance products, having worked in the industry for twelve months minimum.
You will have excellent organisation and communication skills and are confident with clients either face to face, use of digital platforms, by phone or written correspondence.
You are target driven and ability to work under pressure.
You have a willingness to learn and a determination to succeed.

The successful candoidate for this fixed-term contract will bring proven experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements and will be able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and review financial statements in line with regulatory and accounting standards.
Ensure accuracy, compliance and timely delivery of reporting outputs.
Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and review oversight to more junior team members.
Work independently to meet strict deadlines and manage priorities effectively.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure reporting quality.
Qualifications & Experience The ideal candidate will have: Strong background in financial reporting with hands-on experience preparing and reviewing financial statements.
Experience working in financial services or a similar regulated environment.
Senior Consultant or Team Lead-level experience, with ability to take ownership of deliverables.
Excellent technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workloads under pressure.
Prior experience in similar contract/project-based financial reporting roles highly desirable.
