We're looking for a new team member - an exciting opportunity has opened for aFinancial Advisorto join our Life team in ourGalway office on either a permanent or 12 Month FTC basis (both options available) . You, as part of the team, will be responsible for achievement of challenging performance targets, developing customer relationships with new and existing customers and ensuring the best possible customer outcomes. The successful candidate will be an integral member of the team providing support for colleagues & advice to clients takingresponsibility for all aspects of a client relationship, working to fully understand their financial situation and requirements.This role may require the Supervision of individuals who are arranging a financial service and giving advice. When required this role also requires adjudication on complaints. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide professional advice for Protection products, solutions and advise on Aviva products to meet the financial needs of customers and members of staff (using Aviva financial advice process with adherence to Aviva compliance standards). Proactively manage existing customer base and establish and develop client relationships ensuring they are receiving the benefit of the Aviva advice process. Responsible for achievement of challenging performance targets and developing client relationships with new and existing customers. Ensure that all advice given is compliant and in line with company policies, regulatory, professional and legal requirements. Adhere to appropriate risk management procedures to control, monitor and report on business activities. Skills and Experience: Sales Ability and Strong Customer Focus, with proven experience in Life Assurance is desirable. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Flexibility in ones approach to work and desire to learn new skills. Highly motivated with a positive attitude and innovative.
