Link Personnel are hiring a Financial Reporting Analyst for our Global Client, based in Swords, North County Dublin. This is a 20 month contract with a possible view to perm. The ideal candidate should hold an Accounts Qualification (Diploma or Accounts Technician). Salary: to €50k Benefits: Bonus (5%), Hybrid working (2 days wfh), Free Parking. Role Responsibilities: Ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly financial closing. Prepare month-end accruals. Develop and maintain high-quality financial reporting in line with group policies. Monitor and analyse results and key figures at both terminal and product level, comparing against budget and prior year. Manage and track the ongoing and future financial performance of the business to support effective decision-making. Coordinate balance sheet reviews. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and procedures across all departments. Support both internal and external audits. Maintain strong internal controls and oversee monthly control reporting to regional teams. Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and best practice. Manage multiple stakeholders, including Shared Service Centres and external auditors. Assist with accounts payable queries and support systems such as Concur and Coupa. Prepare and deliver Power BI reports. Contribute to projects as required. Provide ad hoc financial analysis. The Candidate should have: Minimum 1 years experience in financial reporting (essential). Recognised accountancy qualification (Diploma, Accounting Technician or equivalent). Ability to influence business decisions through a strong understanding of financial and operational drivers. Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging at all levels internally and externally. Advanced Excel skills (essential). Strong commercial and financial acumen. This is a hands-on reporting role with ownership of month-end close, statutory accounts and delivery of insightful MI to senior stakeholders. You will work with global finance teams, auditors and regulators to ensure accurate, timely and fully compliant reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
