**Position Summary**
Under general direction, responsible for the leadership and directing of complex projects, which often require resources and functional integration. Responsibility for all aspects of the project from initiation to completion.
Interfaces with all stakeholders affected by the project, including end users.
Develop, implement and maintain compliant, harmonised, best practice market clearance / registration processes across Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Provide maturity and significant RA experience and expertise to the EMEA RAQA team to accelerate market access.
Partner with the business by driving regulatory processes and activities through strategic projects.
**What you will do:**
+ Lead the execution of EMEA registration plans for assigned franchises, ensuring high-quality regulatory dossiers and timely approvals/renewals.
+ Serve as primary contact with Stryker Design Divisions for market clearance and renewal activities, supporting ongoing market access aligned with business strategy.
+ Collaborate with RAQA management and International RA teams to develop and execute submission strategies, share best practices, and optimize product registration processes.
+ Participate in product lifecycle management planning and maintain RA execution throughout all phases of the product lifecycle.
+ Manage project scope, deliverables, resources, schedules, and budgets; monitor performance, risks, and changes to ensure timely, efficient project completion.
+ Lead, train, mentor, and motivate project teams to improve performance, enhance collaboration, and ensure project efficiency.
+ Record and communicate customer requirements, constraints, and assumptions; align stakeholders through clear expectations and project plans.
+ Analyze and monitor franchise registration activities, using appropriate tools to track performance, implement corrective actions, and support EMEA/Country RAQA teams.
**What you need**

+ Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in management or related discipline or equivalent
+ 4 years + relevant experience
+ Minimum of 1- 2 years demonstrated project management experience
Preferred:
+ Project management experience in medical devices
+ PMP certification or equivalent (i.e. PRINCE2)

Skills & Qualifications

Role Overview:

As a Children's Residential -Social Care Leader you'll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering care packages tailored to individual needs. Supporting a large team of professionals, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the project, manage the day-day delivery of our services, ensuring that the objectives are clearly defined and achieved within the agreed time, cost, and quality constraints. You will have a key role in project governance and will work with stakeholders to ensure the agreed project outputs are delivered to enable benefit realisation.
Our clients develop major aviation, highway, rail, energy & water infrastructure Projects. We are seeking to appoint a Project Manager who can effectively support a diverse team whilst interfacing with our clients in the delivery of projects.
Our hybrid working policy allows the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home as well as collaborating in our contemporary offices across the UK. The successful candidate will also need to be able to co-locate with the client in Dublin as required.
Responsibilities
+ Ensure the safety, health and wellbeing of the project team
+ Manage project controls through WSP and client systems
+ Interface with client team counterpart to determine client expectations. Acting as a trusted advisor
+ Review and advise on the contract scope and discuss with project delivery team
+ Management of the interface between the Client and WSP
+ Management of reporting and cost controls in collaboration with the Technical Manager on the project
+ Forecasting and cost to complete reporting to client (using client specified method and processes) and internally using off-line workbooks and online using Business World application
+ Delivering risk workshops where appropriate (in line with internal and client expectations)
+ Ensure the team are aware and able to fulfil the monthly forecast hours in line with the programme
+ Undertake scheduling in collaboration with the Technical Manager on the project
+ Developing KPIs with for project reporting
+ You will ensure that quality procedures are being adhered to through discussion with the lead referencers and Technical Manager
+ Set up regular internal / external (in collaboration with the Client PM) progress meetings
+ Discuss where efficiencies could be made to give the client 'added value'
+ You will ensure that the project has sufficient resources to meet the demand of the programme - in collaboration with the office team leader and those leading on GIS and PinPoint
+ Manage a delivery team of land referencers, GIS Technicians and data managers
+ Have a working knowledge of the DCO, CPO or hybrid Bill processes to support technical delivery.
+ Support the development and delivery of bids for future opportunities.
Qualifications
+ Membership of a Professional Institution
+ APM PMQ, Prince2 or similar Project Management qualification
+ Ability to interrogate, question and challenge information
+ Ability to coordinate the submission of accurate reports to predetermined deadlines
+ Understanding of project management, project controls and procedures normally associated with a major integrated infrastructure project
+ Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Project (or Primavera P6)
+ Previous experience of commercial contract/ project management
+ Experience managing internal teams and interfacing with client organisations
Experience:
+ Demonstrable Project Management experience
+ Evidence of experience within regulated industries;
+ Experience of managing cross-functional teams and engagement with engineering disciplines;
+ Understanding and experience of NEC contracts is required;

A Day In The Life
The PL Is accountable for the overall delivery of the project (quality, time, cost) on behalf of the organization. Establishes and communicates customer expectations to the project team with minimal direction. Ensures that escalation pathways are adhered to internally and externally. Leads the cross-functional project team to meet or exceed deliverables. Manages project(s) of increasing complexity (such as but not limited to: multi-service, multi-region/country, therapeutic complexity, financial scope).

  • Serves as the primary contact and lead between the sponsor and the organization at the project level.
  • On projects where the scope requires, ensures clear delineation in responsibilities and communication pathways for secondary project leads (such as lead in a specific region, lead for a specific vendor(s) or subset of delivery).
  • Drives and owns the overall delivery of the cross-functional project (time, cost, quality).
  • Ensures financial stewardship at a project level by demonstrating an intimate understanding of the contract, resource alignment to budget, management of Out of Scope activity, drive the Con Mod process/negotiations and team execution to timelines.
  • Establishes, communicates and manages customer expectations to achieve optimal delivery during the project.
  • Drives Risk Identification and Issue Resolution at project level (RBQM/RESOLVE).
  • Ensures project team compliance with organization policies, SOPs, ICH- GCP, regulatory and project specific requirements.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification

Experience

Purpose
A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join the PMO (Project Management Office/Centre of Excellence) . This is a key role in supporting excellence in project

delivery and is part of a small local PMO (Project Management Office) team responsible for both leading and governing cross functional projects on site.

Responsibilities

  • Project management of selected projects within the site's project portfolio, potential projects could include process improvement, new system delivery and NPI (New Product Introduction) projects.
  • Lead / Support rapid improvement projects through the application of the most appropriate project execution methodology for the given business challenge (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, etc).
  • Work with project sponsors at initiation to ensure the project scope is fully defined and understood.

  • Resolve issues and escalate risks in a timely fashion to the relevant on-site and above-site stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Science or related field
  • Experience in a Vaccines, Biologics or Sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • Project management qualifications (e.g. PMP certification) preferred
  • A minimum of 6+ years industry experience with at least 4 of those years in managing project
  • Experienced in the application of project execution methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum etc).
  • Proficiency in the use of project management tools / software e.g. MS Project, Smartsheets, etc.
  • Experienced in leading cross functional matrix orientated project.
