Key Responsibilities: Lead all facets of the Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service, ensuring excellence in service. To be commercially aware and focused on revenue generation and cost control across the hotel. Work closely with the Executive Chef and F&B Leadership team on the overall strategy of the department. Foster a culture and environment of continuous learning and development within the team. Work closely with Human Resources to attract, hire and retain the right talent. Have an ability to develop close relationships with suppliers in order to develop a local F&B offering. Standards focused with the ability to inspire the F&B team to deliver the same standards. Use technology and systems to the departments advantage. Lead the F&B team on the management of stock and work closely with the Executive Chef on the management of HACCP. The Ideal Candidate: Previous senior experience in a 5* or luxury 4* property Must possess excellent organisational skills, strong leadership, and people management skills Strong understanding of operational controls, budgeting, payroll, and forecasting Must have excellent verbal and written English and a knowledge of the Irish hotel industry.
