Overview
- Responsible for developing inspiring platform/product visions, derived from business needs, market opportunities, and technology trends

Responsibilities
- Sets the vision and direction for the platform design of assigned products
- Leads a global team of individual contributors and potentially first level managers who are conceptualizing the one-to-two year view of how the platform product portfolio solves business and customer needs
- Exhibits expertise across multiple platform products and builds tight connections to resources to drive overall strategy and teams inside your organization while influencing those outside your organization to deliver the expected results
- Dives deep into the work of your team and identify short-and-medium-term risks to platform product development and segment adoption, while proposing solutions to address them
- Continuously monitors feature development and associated defects at the platform product level as well as runtime operational metrics for in market capabilities
- Develops and communicates department vision that supports the broader organizational vision
- Creates a data driven and continuous learning culture across your organization and continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators on the organization's score card and move them in a positive direction
- Makes trade-off decisions on multiple platform products in a portfolio
- Contributes to organizational planning
- Manage escalations, assess the alternative to resolve (path to green) and builds a plan for resolution
- Own and deliver on post-launch reviews and customer feedback, drives the associated actions, and incorporates feedback into the future launch plans
- Shares best practice with other Mastercard teams
- Engages with business customers to identify key platform product issues; solicits feedback on platform product roadmap
- Leverages data analysis skills to research difficult or ambiguous problems, leading cross-disciplinary teams where necessary and communicating recommendations to senior leadership
- Oversees team-wide product operations, leads junior PM-Ts who may own individual components, and coordinates team-wide improvement goals

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and management of our Global Time and Pay solutions within the UKG suite, as well as oversee product infrastructure within our Pro WFM Suite. This role is pivotal in driving product strategy, execution, and innovation to deliver exceptional value to our customers. You will lead a team of Product Managers, coaching and developing them to identify, design, deliver, and optimize solutions for products used by millions of global employees each month.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Vision:
Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for Global Time and Pay solutions and Pro WFM Suite.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives.
Identify opportunities for partnership to enhance suite capabilities.
Product Development and Management:
Define strategy and collaborate with senior sales roles to ensure alignment with Go-to-Market strategy.
Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and launch of new features and enhancements with a specific focus on Time/Workforce Management (WFM) and Payroll.
Domain expertise in WFM and Payroll is highly advantageous.
Prioritize product backlog and manage the product roadmap to ensure timely delivery of high-impact solutions.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
Team Leadership and Development:
Coach and build out a team of Product Managers to optimize processes and maximize performance.
Balance between coaching and contributing as a product lead for cross-functional development teams.
Foster team collaboration, continuous improvement, and represent the voice of the customer.
Customer Engagement and Advocacy:
Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and ensuring product alignment.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Attend and present at UKG customer and industry events.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure cohesive product development and delivery.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) in product management, preferably within HR, payroll, or workforce management solutions.
Previous experience leading product management team with a track record of developing and coaching employees.
Strong understanding of Time and Pay processes and technologies.
Previous experience in a domestic suite of Time and Pay products is an advantage.
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned product manager to be part of our Accounting and B2B payment product team. The successful candidate will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from collaborating with engineering to execute the product roadmap to defining long-term strategies aligned with the overall goals of our SME business. This role requires a strong collaborative nature to work with both internal and external partners throughout the product lifecycle.
Role:
- Identify new product opportunities in B2B payments and Expense Management, defining the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for existing solutions.
- Own the build vs. partner decision-making process by conducting extensive market research and engaging with regional stakeholders.
- Strong experience with Agile frameworks, owning the product roadmap for the respective product suites to drive the delivery of key product enhancements through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Partner with security, compliance, and legal teams to ensure external vendors adhere to Mastercard policies and standards before being onboarded into the Mastercard ecosystem.
- Interpret and apply program vision and strategy to product strategy and roadmap for the responsible products, clearly communicating it to key stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Use data to quickly identify product performance challenges, creating proactive plans to drive usage and revenues. Utilize data-driven analysis to prioritize features and resources to deliver against the plan.
Good to have, but not mandatory:
- Previous experience in building products for Small and Medium Enterprises, mainly around B2B payment and Expense Management domains.
- Experience working on payment-related products.
- Familiarity with product management tools such as AHA, Jira, and Figma.

- Ability to interact with varying levels of leadership across the organization and with internal and external clients; ability to lead and influence at all levels.
