Overview of the role: Reporting to the COO The Business Unit / Sales Coordinator supports the business development and operational activities of the facilities management unit. This role plays a key part in managing client communications, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating internal resources, and ensuring the efficient execution of sales and operational processes. Design Management Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and that both clients and Arrange all Contract Review Meetings throughout the year. Completion of Audit Schedule each year. Tracking of all holidays and sickness for FM business on Workday system. Collaborating with HR ensuring staffing structures on all contracts are updated. Highly skilled and efficient in the use of Microsoft Packages Work within a busy office environment and support office teams Bachelors degree in business administration, Facilities Management, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in facilities management or a service industry.
