Summary Objectives of the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in the development and implementation of the content marketing plan.

· Assist in the creation and management of advertising and communication campaigns.

· Liaising with designers, printers and third-party suppliers for various projects.

· Review market research and analysis to evaluate member satisfaction and brand awareness.

· Assist with and develop targeted marketing campaigns to grow the loan book of Member First Credit Union.

· Produce regular marketing reports as requested by the Digital Marketing Manager.

· Responsible for the upkeep of the MFCU brand identity, this involves looking after the use of the corporate logo or any branded material when it is used externally.

· Support the content strategy of the company website (hosted on WordPress).

· Assist with sponsorship management and promotion.

· Assist with community stakeholder relationship management and communication.

The Content Marketing Executive should have the following attributes:

Salary:

The proposed salary for this role is €26,000 – €30,000 per annum depending on experience. This salary is also on a scale, with opportunities for annual increments and bonuses.

This role is part of a global Content Marketing team, requiring effective collaboration across multiple time zones to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining remote work with on-site collaboration as needed, to support flexibility and team connectivity

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and production of diverse content types including presentations, social media posts, event materials, videos, website content, and other marketing collateral.
  • Manage and track game projects that best showcase our services and maintain up-to-date records of upcoming game releases and approvals.
  • Maintain, update, and refresh existing marketing content to ensure relevance and accuracy.
  • Prepare client-facing materials for review and approval to ensure compliance with confidentiality agreements and company policies.
  • Work closely with multiple internal teams such as Production and Business Development to gather information, align messaging, and deliver high-quality content.
  • Execute content projects independently with minimal supervision, showing strong initiative and autonomy.
  • Adapt messaging and tone effectively across different mediums, channels, and audiences to maximize engagement.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and proactive communication with stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential and NDA-protected materials with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Think creatively beyond briefs to develop purposeful content that aligns with specific marketing goals.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Candidates should have between 5 - 7 years of professional experience in content marketing or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in content marketing, preferably within the gaming or technology sectors.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, taking initiative and ownership of tasks.
  • Familiarity with the gaming industry, including knowledge of new releases, trends, and key players.
  • Experience working on confidential and NDA-protected content.
  • Comfortable collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
