Priority Drilling Ltd. is seeking experienced Mineral Exploration Drillers for work on our sites in Ireland.

Responsibilities:

  • Proper placement of core, in core boxes provided, in a recognized manner acceptable to the client.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the drill rig, other on-site equipment required to support the operation, and the in-hole equipment & material.
  • Perform in-hole surveys, core orientation, sampling, hole labelling, etc. when and where requested by client.
  • Responsible for obtaining the best possible quality in any given ground condition, while achieving optimal production and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Responsible for training Assistant Drillers in safe work methods and in the operation & basic maintenance of all on-site and in-hole equipment.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years drilling experience, ideally in mineral exploration drilling
  • Valid permission to work in Ireland
  • Valid driving license

An excellent opportunity has arisen for the position of Project Exploration Geologist.

Reporting to the Head of Section Exploration the main purpose of the Project Exploration Geologist role is to contribute to a comprehensive exploration programme focused on discovery of new mineral resources.

The role will involve the Project Exploration Geologist collaborating with a multidisciplinary exploration team and successful applicants will have the opportunity to develop their skills on both underground resource definition drilling programmes and surface deep drilling exploration programmes.

The Project Exploration Geologist will be expected to work closely with the Head of Section Exploration, Exploration personnel including geologists, geophysicists and technicians, contractors, landowners and relevant stakeholders.

The successful applicant will work and lead in a way that supports Boliden Tara's core values of Care, Courage & Responsibility.

Your Job – your tasks will include:

  • In line with training and applicable procedures, conduct all duties in a way that promotes Boliden's values, & best practice standards relating to health, safety, environmental & quality performance
  • Perform and assist in planning, preparation and execution of exploration activities including drilling, drill core logging, geochemical sampling and geophysical surveying.
  • Collection of data, interpretation, estimation and reporting of results.
  • Develop knowledge of deep directional drilling and seismics data interpretation.
  • Plan and monitor work for technicians and contractors.
  • Meet internal and external reporting requirements.
  • Communication with contractors, landowners and other stakeholders.

Experience & Qualifications

Necessary:

  • BSc in Geoscience.
  • Full clean driving licence.
  • 4 years or more of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with drill hole planning, drill rig supervision and drill core logging.
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written in English.
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Good organisational, planning and time management skills.
  • A desire for creativity and innovation.
  • A flexible approach to work, open and accepting of necessary change and innovation within the company.

Desirable:

  • Experience with sediment hosted base metals deposit geology.
  • Experience with any of Leapfrog, WellCad, AcQuire, Deswik, Map Info.

Additional Info:

  • This role will be full time, Mon – Fri basis from 8am – 16.30pm.
  • There will be a degree of flexibility associated with this role in line with operational requirements.
  • There will be some international travel involved as part of this role.

**A little more about your role.**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Geologist to join our dynamic Mine Engineering & Stability(MES) team at a Senior/Director level. If you are passionate about geology and resource estimation, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!
Reporting to the MES Lead, we're seeking people with more than just great technical skills, but a drive and passion to grow and do things differently. In the world's largest mining consultancy, this is where you start, where you take it from there is up to you.
**The Key Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and refine geological models to support resource estimation
+ Estimate mineral resources with precision and accuracy
+ Conduct thorough site investigations and audits to ensure compliance and quality standards.
+ Lead quality assurance and quality control reviews on various projects
+ Contribute to and critically review technical reports and studies
+ Collaborate on the preparation and definition of scope for geological mining studies, including Preliminary Economic Assessments (PEA), Pre-Feasibility Studies (PFS), and Feasibility Studies (FS)
+ Drive business growth by promoting WSP's capabilities and attracting new clients
+ Attend and participate in client meetings, field reviews, and project oversight, often on short notice and across various locations.
+ Perform additional duties as required to support project success
**We'd love to hear from you if you have:**
+ Bachelor's degree in geology from a recognised university and/or equivalent qualification.
+ Resource estimation experience in a variety of commodities and deposit types, preferably within a consulting environment.
+ Registered as a Chartered Geologist (CGeol).
+ Familiar with international and public disclosure and reporting codes, including NI 43-101, S-K 1300, JORC, SAMREC, SME Guide, Competent Persons Reports, Mineral Resource Reports, etc.
+ Skills in geostatistics and resource estimations.
+ Ability and willingness to undertake a Competent Person/Qualified Person role on public disclosure projects.
+ Knowledge of mining fundamentals and techniques, rock mechanics, and mineral processing.
+ Excellent knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Working knowledge of 3D modelling software, mapping & geological database software: Datamine, Surpac, Minesight, Vulcan, Leapfrog Geo, Isatis, etc.
+ Knowledge and experience with scripts and macros.
+ Ability to communicate with colleagues and clients in a professional and technical manner.
+ Flexibility to travel as required for project work.
+ Fluent in the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to work and complete tasks with limited supervision, make informed decisions, and take responsibility on technical matters.
+ Possess a team player attitude and be able to work in a project team environment.

Our Ground Engineering United Kingdom and Ireland (UK&I) team comprises 150 people and provides services ranging from project management, feasibility studies, ground investigation design and interpretation, detailed design, contract administration and construction supervision for ground engineering works in UK&I and overseas. Geotechnical and Engineering Geology graduates at AECOM will work on a range of projects, involving work such as:

  • Desk studies, site inspections, rockface surveys and geomorphological mapping
  • Contribute to the design, planning and procurement of ground investigations
  • Supervision of ground investigation fieldwork
  • Geological interpretation and preparation of interpretative reports
  • Analysis of geotechnical data, preparation of ground models, design and reporting on foundations, retaining walls, soil slope stability, earthworks, rock slope stabilisation
  • AECOM utilitises cutting edge digital software including Openground, for ground investigation data management, and Leapfrog, for 3D geological modelling
  • AECOM has a range of 2D and 3D numerical analysis software packages available; candidates with an interest in this area will have the opportunity to develop analysis and modelling skills.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering Geology /Geology, with a 2:1 classification(or equivalent) or above
  • An MSc/MEng in Soil Mechanics, Geotechnical Engineering or Engineering Geology would be an advantage (essential for candidates holding a BSc in Geology).
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office is essential, and competent use of AutoCAD/Civil 3D software is desirable.
  • Candidates with Geotechnical work experience would be preferred although this is not essential.
  • Willing and able to work towards professional qualifications (through the ICE, IOM3 or The Geological Society).
  • Demonstrable interest in geotechnical projects and in promoting geotechnical activities with our clients.
  • Flexible and willing to work away from home on sites and occasionally in other offices.
  • Motivated to meet client and business expectations and be able to consider the wider financial and commercial implications of their actions.

Role Mission: Provide operational support for global pharmacovigilance activities related to Grifols' investigational and marketed products. Ensure high-quality pharmacovigilance deliverables that comply with global regulatory reporting timelines. Manage project implementation and execution of safety systems, including ongoing business support and continuous improvement initiatives. Act as a key liaison with IT system administrators to validate and test system changes, ensuring compliance and alignment with business needs.
**What your responsibilities will be**
+ Lead and coordinate safety data analysis for aggregate reports preparation, signal management and ad hoc requests.
+ Support drug safety systems through business administration tasks, including database configuration updates, submission rules management and testing with regulatory authorities.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert in delivering and evaluating cost-effective, sustainable solutions that meet business requirements.
+ Manage documentation related to PV systems and applications, including SOPs, WPs, user requirements, functional/ technical specifications and process flow diagrams.
+ Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and support the integration of new applications within the PV team.
+ Collect, prioritize and plan system improvements based on user feedback, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
+ Act as the primary PV contact for IT-related PV projects.
+ Drive Innovation through AI in Pharmacovigilance: Stay at the forefront of artificial intelligence advancements to identify and evaluate innovative technologies and processes that can enhance pharmacovigilance operations. This includes proactively assessing AI-driven tools and methodologies to improve signal detection, case processing, data analysis and regulatory compliance. Collaborate cross-functionally to pilot and implement solutions that increase efficiency, accuracy, and strategic value in safety monitoring.

+ You speak fluent Spanish and English.
