**The Role**
As a Global Marketing & Business Manager in PWS, you will contribute to global strategies, portfolio, bring new products and campaigns to life, and partner with our regional and global marketing and commercial teamss to build Logitech brand and the business of the Logitech MX Master Series, that includes such iconic products as MX Master, MX Keys, and many others.
Your marketing and business expertise will allow us to engage our current and new users in new and meaningful ways, and your passion for growth will be vital to Logitech's vision.
As part of the MX Business & Marketing team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of people and functions. Your role will be global, based in Lausanne, Switzerland, with occasional travel, reporting to the Head of the MX Business & Marketing.

+ Work with Consumer Insights, Product Management, Design, Engineering, Finance, Central and Regional Marketing and Commercial B2C and B2B teams to develop best-in-class products and services for Logitech MX Master Series.
+ Determine and set ambitious business cases for new products and initiatives.
+ Partner closely with global and regional commercial teams, who will execute and deliver on the strategy.
+ Build and develop a strong knowledge and advocacy for our target audience across key markets.
+ Drive the development of marketing capabilities to drive awareness and conversion in the fast-evolving digital, communication, and retail landscape. Drive adoption of the latest marketing technologies driven by AI, such as LLLM optimization.
+ Partner with the Logitech Marketing community to optimize our brand presence online, on packaging, and other touchpoints.
+ Analyze and evaluate marketing and media performance so that we continually learn and improve.
+ Develop comprehensive business and holistic marketing strategies, including marketing campaigns and toolkits, that drive the Logitech brand, support the MX portfolio, new product launches, and consumer campaigns, in collaboration with our internal creative and marketing teams and/or external agencies.
+ Drive profitable business growth via a strong understanding of business performance, including sales and market share trends, competitive actions, key drivers of P&L and portfolio performance via providing regular analysis and action plan recommendations and tracking.

**Key Qualifications:**
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
+ 5+ years of experience in business and marketing roles for a major consumer brand with a strong innovation culture
+ Strong understanding of leveraging consumer behavior, targeting, insights, habits, and practices for developing marketing strategies and campaigns
+ Good knowledge of digital media, evolving digital marketing trends, and technologies. Prior experience with AI-driven martech tools, marketing automation, or data analytics solutions is a plus.
+ Proven experience of working with agencies (briefing, creative direction, feedback, budget management)
+ Strong ability and proven experience in business management, portfolio management, business and market analysis, opportunity sizing, and business case development
+ Good understanding of commercial principles and go-to-market strategies for retail and e-tail channels
+ Team player with a passionate start-up mentality and "can-do" attitude, impact, and results-driven
+ Strong ability to see the big picture while paying attention to the details that get us there
+ Great ability to deliver under time pressure and in a rapidly changing environment
+ Highly efficient and collaborative, able to work quickly and deliver top-quality content and assets
+ A genuine interest in technology and how it can help users to live, work, and create better
+ Fluent in English, both verbal and written

Associate Director-Global Marketing & Sales Procurement

The Global Associate Director is the Procurement authority responsible for creating and driving Marketing and Sales Procurement related activity across Clorox's Care & Connection and Health & Hygiene Groups, domestically (USA) and internationally (AMEA, CANADA & LATAM), combined spend responsibility globally across all subcategories. The Associate Director is a thought leader with an external focus who brings a deep understanding of best practices in the Indirect Procurement space and who will collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and execute category strategies to maximize value for the business. This includes creating a vision for Global Marketing & Sales Procurement, partnering with stakeholders globally, developing long term sourcing strategies, leading agency pitches and evaluations, negotiating contract terms; building strong agency relationships and identifying ways to maximize the return on investment from Clorox's A&SP spend.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Drive Category Management and Procurement activities across Marketing and Sales Indirect spend, designing a Marketing Procurement Vision aligned with the organization's growth mode, implementing and executing procurement strategies across all subcategories, addressing governance, compliance, capability building, and embracing the new procurement operating model to develop a holistic approach to optimize the entire procurement process and drive value creation, unlocking opportunities to deliver continuous savings, positive cash flow, as well as performance and process improvement to deliver growth for Clorox.
+ Build and develop a global team of 5 people and perform training for all direct reports around Category Management with best-in-class Procurement activities, such as sourcing strategies and new capabilities development, performing contract audits and spend analysis, leveraging data and analytics to assess ROI of marketing budget, conducting competitive bidding and RFP processes, negotiations of commercial agreements, implementing vendor (agency) and stakeholder management, risk mitigation, among others, whilst boosting agility and innovation across the category.
+ Thought leader in Procurement activities across all the Global Sourcing organization at Clorox, with passion for developing world-class sourcing team, representing the Procurement Function in the alignment and prioritization of key business needs, adopting industry-leading practices, leveraging technology and data analytics, and fostering collaboration across departments, to drive value creation, procurement excellence, and deliver measurable results with clear KPIs.

**What we look for:**
Years and Type of Experience:
+ 8-10 years progressive procurement experience. Marketing & Sales experience is preferred, but other procurement domains will be considered.
+ At least 5 years of experience leading a team of high-performing procurement professionals.
+ 4+ years of experience in developing category strategies and strong working knowledge of the marketing agency environment sourcing one or more of the following: Creative, Insights, Media, etc.
+ Experience practicing best-in-class procurement processes (strategic sourcing management, benchmarking, should-cost models, RFX, reverse auction, contracting, etc.)
+ Work experience in an international environment and matrix organizations.
Skills and Abilities:
+ Results oriented individual with solid proven track record in delivering value (cost and cash).
+ Strong negotiation, analytical, and influencing skills. Great at building cross-functional relationships with ability to interface effectively across all levels of the organization.
+ Ability to creatively solve business problems pragmatically and at speed, working with a high level of independence.
+ Strong digital fluency with knowledge of and experience with Procurement Tech stacks.
+ Planning and organization skills-Ability to establish work plans, multi-task and prioritize simultaneous projects.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex business situations clearly. High degree of fluency in written and spoken English is required.
+ Drive continuous improvement in procurement expertise.
Education Level/Degree:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field required.
+ Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
