About The Role
The
Global Product Director
- Enzymes will drive & manage the overall sustainable performance* of the dairy and bakery enzyme categories, aligned to strategy and manufacturing capabilities as well as mobilise & integrate cross-functional teams to define and manage the execution parameters specific to the technologies that enable successful delivery against strategies, profitability and growth targets.
Preferable location is Ireland - relocation support is provided. Further work locations will be evaluated during the recruiting process.
Travel on a global level is highly required.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine the optimized composition of the Finished Good Portfolio aligned to Strategy (incl. maintaining market relevant Collections / identify innovation requirements) and taking account of impact on manufacturing efficiency. Drive and own the Innovation pipeline for the portfolio, including GTM launch plans.
- Determine efficient Business Terms (Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), Lead Times and Stocking Policy (Made to Order, Made to Stock), to ensure competitiveness & support an enhanced customer experience and facilitate a more planful, efficient manufacturing environment.
- Determine and communicate Target Margins and Pricing guardrails with a view to optimizing financial performance. To be informed by both a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and total cost of ownership.
- Determine appropriate levers to be addressed to enhance margin (e.g. plant transformation activity, Process Technology Improvements etc.
Qualifications And Skills
- Solid experience in management/leadership roles in Enzymes with strong understanding of Product and Portfolio management.
- Ability to drive change and growth of technology at a GLOBAL level.
- Experienced in working in a Global matrix organisation with strong influencing skills demonstrated (influencing without authority)
- Resilient – responds quickly to setbacks and challenges – maintains positive attitude and brings teams with them.
- Strong experience in Food applications for Enzymes – Dairy, Bakery, Beverage etc.
- Strong network established in industry – understands the landscape, competitors, market dynamics
- Strong understanding of Enzyme science – not necessary that the candidate has a scientific background but can understand and translate.
- Experience in P&L management – making appropriate decisions for short and long term
- Adept at managing senior stakeholders – communicates with clarity and confidence.

Continue to assist your team with complex technical cases
Look at the open defects and Bugs across your team.
When needed, own and drive difficult Cases to closure.
Work with the GTS Leadership team to refine and develop Technical Support processes to improve the Customer experience.
Monitor the technical health/competence of their GTS team & suggest areas for additional training and development.
Qualifications:
6+ years experience in Technical Support with a strong track record of mentoring, escalation management and prioritisation – a 'go to' within the support sphere
Understanding of Product Management and the software development lifecycle including agile/ scrum
Experience of managing and solving competing priorities with urgency, working with technical stakeholders, including Senior Leadership with a bias to action to come to a resolution
An understanding of Bentley users' environments, expectations, and the business impact of technical solutions would be a distinct advantage

Position Summary:
We are looking for an accomplished and enthusiastic Global Product Technical Support Lead to seamlessly bridge our software engineering division and our worldwide Technical Support organization. In this pivotal role as a GTL, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our Technical Support teams are well-equipped and fully prepared to handle new product features and offerings both prior to and following their General Availability launch. Multiple GTLs will each specialise in dedicated Products and Brands, allowing for deep expertise and focused leadership across our diverse portfolio.
This position collaborates extensively with Product Management and Development teams, working together to evaluate and prioritise defect resolution efforts by carefully balancing the impact on users with broader business objectives. Additionally, you will champion the transfer of essential knowledge about upcoming features and releases, ensuring that information flows smoothly and effectively within the Bentley ecosystem. Your proactive engagement will be vital in fostering collaboration, enhancing support readiness, and ultimately contributing to the success and satisfaction of our global user community.
The GTL will be supporting Bentley Open Applications. Bentley Open Applications are a collection of engineering tools built for multidisciplinary collaboration on infrastructure projects. They integrate design, modelling, and data exchange in one unified environment, streamlining workflows and reducing reliance on third-party software. With advanced features like automated drawing production and AI-powered design support, these applications enhance efficiency for engineers.
Responsibilities:
+ Work closely with Product Teams (Product Manager, QA) to gain insights/understanding into product development roadmap focusing on feature and functionality review at the beginning of the Product lifecycle.
+ Work with Development to prioritize Bug fixes for future product releases - based on Bug criticality and User impact.
+ Review the supportability & usability requirements for future product releases, including working with GTS Operations to aid in determining the headcount needed to support each new product & release.
+ Support Beta customers, if & when needed.

The Role
We're recruiting for a Product Manager to join the Global Sports value stream in GST. Reporting to the Lead Product Manager, you will focus on Product Strategy for the value stream, support in the product delivery lifecycle where complexity demands it and contribute your knowledge and experience to the product community. This role will have specific responsibility for overseeing the optimisation of existing services in Global Sports and driving step-change improvements for customers both internally and externally. You will be expected to collaborate effectively with Product Owners in each of the squads in the value stream and contribute towards the continuous improvement of processes and mechanisms to maximise value for your users. The Responsibilities
Product Leadership
- Collaborate effectively with Trading, Delivery, and Technology peers within your value stream, ensuring all perspectives are captured and the value stream communicates as one voice to the squads, Global Trading leadership and other team members. Ensure transparency and invite feedback.
- Under direction from the Lead Product Manager, guide and communicate the long-term product strategy for the value stream, aligned to the Global Trading vision and Flutter's wider aspirations. Support Product Owners and their teams by tracking and communicating objectives and key results for the value stream.
- Support the Lead Product Manager by scanning for new product opportunities. Develop a peer network across Flutter's divisions and capitalise on divisional success through the Flutter Edge.
- Support the Lead Product Manager and Product Owners to evaluate performance across all products and services in the value stream and communicate progress regularly, creating cases for change when necessary. Focus on objectives and key results progress, customer sentiment, return on investment, and future-proofing.
Product Delivery lifecycle
- Support the Lead Product Manager in the product delivery lifecycle where complexity demands it. This could be where prioritisation calls need to be made, multiple squads are needed to deliver change, cross-platform partner management is required, or for completely new product ideas. This requirement is typically greatest in the ideation stage through to discovery.
Product Community
- Contribute and engage with product community forums and initiatives, sharing knowledge and experience to solve common problems across all of Global Trading.
