+ Drive Category Management and Procurement activities across Marketing and Sales Indirect spend, designing a Marketing Procurement Vision aligned with the organization's growth mode, implementing and executing procurement strategies across all subcategories, addressing governance, compliance, capability building, and embracing the new procurement operating model to develop a holistic approach to optimize the entire procurement process and drive value creation, unlocking opportunities to deliver continuous savings, positive cash flow, as well as performance and process improvement to deliver growth for Clorox.
+ Build and develop a global team of 5 people and perform training for all direct reports around Category Management with best-in-class Procurement activities, such as sourcing strategies and new capabilities development, performing contract audits and spend analysis, leveraging data and analytics to assess ROI of marketing budget, conducting competitive bidding and RFP processes, negotiations of commercial agreements, implementing vendor (agency) and stakeholder management, risk mitigation, among others, whilst boosting agility and innovation across the category.
+ Thought leader in Procurement activities across all the Global Sourcing organization at Clorox, with passion for developing world-class sourcing team, representing the Procurement Function in the alignment and prioritization of key business needs, adopting industry-leading practices, leveraging technology and data analytics, and fostering collaboration across departments, to drive value creation, procurement excellence, and deliver measurable results with clear KPIs.

**What we look for:**
Years and Type of Experience:
+ 8-10 years progressive procurement experience. Marketing & Sales experience is preferred, but other procurement domains will be considered.
+ At least 5 years of experience leading a team of high-performing procurement professionals.
+ 4+ years of experience in developing category strategies and strong working knowledge of the marketing agency environment sourcing one or more of the following: Creative, Insights, Media, etc.

We facilitate incremental Stripe productivity improvements to help the GTM organization deliver key business objectives and revenue results. What you'll do

As the Sales Strategy & Operations Business Partner for Sales Development, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to regional Sales Development (SD) leadership, driving data-driven decisions that enhance pipeline creation, boost sales productivity, and improve team experiences. Utilize your analytical expertise to identify sales trends, optimize processes, and provide insights that improve performance. Lead and collaborate on key strategic initiatives to scale our infrastructure in support of rapid growth. Responsibilities
  • Be a trusted advisor to Regional Sales Development leadership, supporting prep for MBRs/QBRs and other strategic forums
  • Analyze sales trends and patterns to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for sales process optimizations
  • Conduct analytics, generate insights, and present findings on performance
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Development teams to identify, analyze, and report on key sales performance metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, win rates, pipeline coverage
  • Drive rhythm of business (forecasting, pipeline council, monthly/quarterly business reviews) with strong operational rigor with Regional Sales Dev leaders

Who you are

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a similar role

Office-assigned Stripes in most of our locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This expectation may vary depending on role, team and location. For example, Stripes in our Bucharest, Romania site have an 80% in-office expectation, and those in Stripe Delivery Center roles in Mexico City, Mexico and Bengaluru, India work 100% from the office. Also, some teams have greater in-office attendance requirements, to appropriately support our users and workflows, which the hiring manager will discuss. The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is €93,200 - €139,800. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and specific location. + Lead the sales operations function for the assigned region of LinkedIn Talent Solutions EMEAL business - including, but not limited, to:   
+ Providing visibility into the performance of the business to leadership and sales teams

Basic Qualifications:  
+ BA/BS degree   
+ 6+ years' experience in a strategic or analytical role, including Consulting, Finance, Business Operations, Sales Operations, or other similar 
+ 4+ years' experience with data analysis/modelling (Excel, SQL)     
Preferred Qualifications:  
+ 2+ years of management experience 
+ MBA or advanced degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)   
+ Experience managing teams in high-growth, performance-focused environments   
+ Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication experience with senior leadership

Actively participate in all sales activities, including tele-sales, sales calls, corporate entertainment, familiarisation trips, social events, and overseas sales trips as necessary. Planning & Forecasting : Collaborate with the Cluster Director of Sales on rate strategy, budget planning, and forecasting for owned segments while identifying and analyzing opportunities that align with the hotel's business strategy. Conduct monthly corporate tracking of accounts to monitor production, identify any decreases, and take action to remedy any issues. Collaborate with the Cluster Director of Sales to analyze GDS production reports and market intelligence information to develop new leads from this business channel for the hotels.
