You will be responsible for:
- Identifying, pro-actively seeking out, taking ownership and continually delivering new business opportunities.
- Recruitment of international Universities
- Actively call on key global prospects
- Researching your target market to generate leads, prospecting and prioritizing leads
- Evaluating potential partners, negotiating contracts and bringing them through the full sales process using a consultative approach

What we're looking for
- An expert in the US market with at least three years' experience working within a proactive sales environment.
- Credible and confident at the C-Suite level and excellent reporting & networking skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets within specific deadlines.
- You must have experience of successfully negotiating large value, complex contracts.
- Good working knowledge of digital marketing sectors and technologies is preferred.

In-office expectations
Office-assigned Stripes in most of our locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This expectation may vary depending on role, team and location. For example, Stripes in our Bucharest, Romania site have an 80% in-office expectation, and those in Stripe Delivery Center roles in Mexico City, Mexico and Bengaluru, India work 100% from the office. Pay and benefits
The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is €93,200 - €139,800. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and specific location. The Role
The International Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales and business development targets across international markets. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a global pipeline, and identifying opportunities to expand market presence. The position requires a consultative sales approach, ensuring customer and partner requirements are fully understood and addressed with effective technical solutions.
A key aspect of the role will be establishing and managing distributor and partner relationships across target regions to build a sustainable international presence. Day-to-day activities include pipeline management, preparing accurate forecasts, and providing regular reports to the business. The role also involves working with technical, marketing, and applications teams to support customer proposals, product positioning, and promotional campaigns.
Candidates will bring a strong track record in international sales, ideally within HVAC, cooling, or data infrastructure technologies, with experience of developing new markets and managing distributor networks. Strong communication and presentation skills across diverse cultures are essential, along with the ability to deliver consistent results in international settings.
