Overview The primary purpose of this position is to manage and support Aortic- CMD product lines. Within the scope of responsibility, ensure all quality, regulatory, compliance, and product-specific requirements are met. Qualifications 5-7 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing and/or product management. Extensive sales, marketing and/or product management experience. Demonstrated deep knowledge and experience with relevant products and market. Prior experience in leading organizational change preferred. Demonstrate strong strategic business skills. Demonstrate strong leadership skills. Prior experience leading organizational change. **Main responsibilities:**
**Business Partnering and Leadership**
Provide strategic counsel to the business across all portfolio and pipeline medicines to support Sanofi's market access offering.

+ Working in close partnership with External Affairs, shape and drive the development of new policies and/or changes to current policies where these would benefit Sanofi Ireland's portfolio and pipeline and keep the business updated on policy changes impacting our therapy areas.
**Strategic partnerships and delivery of HEOR and HTA strategy**
Develop effective strategic business partnerships with HSE, NCPE and others.
+ Lead virtual teams, including external vendor support, to develop and deliver high quality HTA submission dossiers to Irish payers and carry out related HTA activities such as advisory boards.
+ Organise, attend, and present at Advisory Board meetings to support clinical understanding and inform HTA submissions (including HTA Advisory Boards, Payer Advisory Board, Clinician/Nurse Advisory Boards).
+ Develop outcome scenarios for all HTA product specific projects and lead option analysis and decision making.
+ Represent Sanofi Ireland at public meetings and conferences and feedback key points into the company to support strategic decision making and planning.
**Pricing & Commercial Strategy**
Primarily responsible for developing optimal pricing and market access strategies for pipeline products and in-line brands in Ireland.
+ This role will play a key part in developing pre-launch plans and securing resources from Local/Global to support effective preparations for launching new brands.
+ Manage Sanofi's product pricing with Finance team and liaise with Commercial teams for effective planning.
**About you**
**Education:** Master level degree e.g. in health economics, pharmacology or similar preferably complemented with an MBA
**Technical skills**
+ Knowledge of existing and emerging market access stakeholders and influencers in Ireland (e.g. recommendations, decision-making and process, tenders, public or third-party financing) and understanding of the evolutions/implications for business.
+ Understanding of payer value drivers and anticipation of payer objections.

**Team / Role Overview:**
The CEP Market Risk team is part of Citi's Global Market Risk organisation which provides second line oversight and monitoring of Citi's extensive Markets activities. There has been a significant increase in the Markets footprint on CEP and in Europe more generally in the past number of years in areas such as Rates, Financing and Spread.
The CEP Market Risk team is located in Dublin and Paris and liaises closely with other Market Risk teams in the Europe Cluster and the wider GMR team. **What you'll do:**
Working with local and global colleagues you will:
+ Assist in developing and maintaining an appropriate legal entity market risk limits framework with applicable limits and triggers.
+ Ensure review of legal entity market risk exposures in the context of limits, mandates and permitted product lists, with escalation of issues and appropriate suggested mitigations to CEP Market Risk Senior Management.
+ Oversee risk exposure measurement and limit monitoring processes to ensure integrity and appropriate independence of reporting.
+ Participate in the oversight of stress testing that properly considers legal entity risks.
+ Assist with the delivery of market risk reports/commentary to Committees, Regulators and Senior Management.
+ Support regulatory Internal Model Approach requirements for the Market Risk team.
+ Prepare market risk inputs to ICAAP, risk appetite, stress testing and ad-hoc regulatory or legal entity governance requirements drawing on appropriate regional/global market risk resources as required.
+ Support the CEP Head of Market Risk in evaluating legal vehicle market risk controls.
+ Assist in ensuring that market risk component of relevant audits, inspections and reviews are completed successfully.

Market Intelligence & Investment Governance Manager Newbridge BnM has a need for a Market Intelligence & Investment Governance Manager to strengthen its ability to make evidence-based investment decisions, aligned with both market dynamics and internal strategic priorities. The role will help ensure that opportunities and risks are identified early, investment proposals are thoroughly assessed, and governance standards are consistently upheld. This capability is essential to support BnMs ongoing transition, sustainable growth, and long-term competitiveness in a rapidly changing market environment. The main duties and responsibilities of the role will include the following: Market Intelligence & Industry Monitoring Monitor and analyse developments across Irish and European energy markets, including regulatory updates, auction frameworks (e.g. RESS, ORESS, CfDs), capacity market changes, carbon pricing, and competitor movements. Translate market insights into strategic briefings and commercial implications for BnMs investment pipeline and strategic direction. Develop and maintain a structured approach to reporting market and policy intelligence to senior leaders and project teams. External Advisory Interface Act as the primary liaison with external market and commercial advisors (e.g. Baringa,AFRY, Aurora,Cornwall Insights), ensuring inputs are effectively integrated into internal modelling and business case development. Manage relationships, project scopes, and deliverables with advisors to ensure consistency and value across multiple investment workstreams. Investment Governance & Business Case Support Lead the preparation of high-quality investment materials, including business case summaries, financial assumptions, and risk assessments for internal governance processes (Stage Gate reviews, Investment Committee). Ensure documentation adheres to internal investment governance standards and reflects latest market assumptions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Strategy, Commercial, Legal) to gather inputs, challenge assumptions, and align messaging. Shareholder engagement Support the preparation of documentation and responses required for NewEra submissions and state-related investment reviews. Coordinate responses to information requests, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with strategic objectives and investment rationale. Data Integrity & Process Improvement Maintain up-to-date databases and dashboards of key market indicators, pricing assumptions, and benchmarks to support repeatable and transparent investment assessments. Identify opportunities to improve internal investment governance processes and alignment across departments. Proactively participate in the Performance Management process to ensure delivery of own, and the wider team's, objectives. The Person: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualification, skills, knowledge and attributes: Education Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. Postgraduate or professional qualification (e.g., CFA, MBA) is an advantage. Experience Minimum of 8+ years experience in market intelligence, commercial analysis, or investment governance, ideally within the energy, infrastructure, or regulated sectors. Strong knowledge of Irish and EU energy markets, regulatory frameworks, and investment mechanisms. Experience supporting public sector investment processes (e.g., NewERA, NTMA bodies) is highly desirable. Familiarity with renewable energy project economics, regulatory filings, and state aid frameworks. Technical Skills Proven analytical capability with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of high-quality materials for senior leadership teams and investment committees. Skilled in project or process ownership, with the ability to deliver results through structured governance and analysis. Competent in cross-functional collaboration, with experience working closely with external advisors and consultants. Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement Demonstrated experience engaging senior stakeholders, building consensus, and managing complex decision-making processes. Experience leading or mentoring teams, or driving collaborative outcomes across departments. Professional Memberships Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., CFA Institute, Energy Institute, Engineers Ireland, ACCA, etc.) is desirable. This is a permanent Hybrid role in Cork with full Stryker benefits. Provide quality engineering support and direction in quality assurance, control, and preventative activities with a focus on continuous improvement of products and processes. Advocate and lead the execution of initiatives and projects to enhance quality performance within the business and for our customers. Ensure compliance to regulation and standards. What you will do: Work closely with customers, sales/marketing/field personnel, and cross-functional teams to address top quality issues. Oversight of NC/CAPA, activist and mentor in problem-solving and root-causing activities. Review of change management activities. Maintain KPIs for monitoring of process and/or product quality, perform analysis, and interpret trends, take action as necessary. Support execution and analysis of complaints and product field actions. Advocate of Human Factor practices, familiarity in the science of Human Factor identification, reduction, and mitigation. Proficient understanding of risk management practices and concepts. Develop and provide input by identifying opportunities and weaknesses. Proficient in statistical methods and application. Participate and interface in internal audits providing effective narrative and description of topic of expertise, participate in external audit preparation building confidence and proficiency in interactions. Responsible for initiation, internal containment, and support of ship and product holds for potential product escapes. Coach and mentor others in quality topics and activities.
