Description
As a Graduate you will study to gain a professional accountancy qualification and will be provided with support for your exams and study leave . The practice provides graduates with excellent on the job training and mentoring in a professional office environment and has a strong history of graduate success in the professional examinations.
You will provide support to the wider team and together with other team members, ensure that all work is completed to a high standard whilst also promoting the Xeinadin vision and values. The Graduate will provide support on a wide range of accounting services, including audit engagements, taxation and management accounts. The role will progress to senior level over the period of your contract. and during this time will offer the opportunity to get a wide and varied experience in all aspects of practice from simple tax returns to large audit clients .
Key Responsibilities

Preparing corporation tax returns

Preparing management accounts
Attending client premises

Graduate Development Programme 2026
Our Graduate Development Programme is open to all new and recently qualified graduates, with a Level 8 degree on the NFQ Framework or above and a minimum result of 2:1 (expected or attained).
We are interested in graduates from all disciplines. This includes graduates from:
