Your Role

As a Floating Site Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and drive sales while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations – Manage day-to-day activities, maintain compliance and hygiene standards, and achieve sales targets.

Team Leadership – Train, coach, and develop staff while fostering a positive work environment.

Stock & Merchandising – Oversee stock levels, implement planograms, and optimize product placement.

Financial Management – Handle cash reconciliations, bank lodgements, and performance reporting.

Facilities & Security – Address breakdowns, manage maintenance, and ensure site safety.

Customer Service – Deliver high-quality service, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a retail management role (Assistant Manager or Site Manager level)

Strong leadership and people management skills

Ability to analyze reports and drive performance

Excellent communication, delegation, and problem-solving skills
