Responsibilities: Develop compliant electrical building services designs in line with current codes, regulations, and best practices Undertake technical studies, design calculations, and modelling using software such as Amtech, Dialux, AutoCAD, and Revit Produce specifications, technical reports, drawings, and tender packages Participate in meetings with clients and design teams, working collaboratively with other engineering disciplines and architects Review installation works on-site, ensuring quality standards are met and providing technical guidance when required Support pre-construction activities including design coordination, submittals, and value engineering Take ownership of smaller projects independently or contribute as part of a larger project team under senior leadership Requirements: Degree (Level 8) in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline At least 3 years experience in electrical building services design within a consultancy setting Strong understanding of Irish and international electrical design regulations and standards Skilled in software including AutoCAD, Revit, Amtech, Dialux, and Microsoft Office Strong communication skills with the ability to produce clear technical documentation Benefits: Competitive salary K K depending on experience, plus annual bonus 22 days annual leave, rising with length of service to 27 days Flexible working hours with a core time structure Company pension contributions Employee Assistance Programme, life and critical illness cover Annual health assessments and wellbeing supports Interested?
