**Role Overview**
As a Biotech Client Partner you will support on selected clients from the point of view their asset development and build relationships with C-level stakeholders. The focus will be on the crafting of solutions including (but not limited to) Regulatory and Drug Development strategy, Clinical development, consulting, analytic services, Real World Evidence and elements of Technology.
This role will operate across the client organization, particularly with senior global stakeholders to define and execute our priorities to move the client business forward, providing the conduit between the client and the rest of IQVIA.
This role forms one of the key client roles and should closely partner with the Account Directors from multiple departments including but not limited to Research and Development Solution (RDS), Real World Evidence (RWE), Commercial services, Patient Centric Services, Technology and laboratories to drive the account forward in accordance with both short-term priorities and long-term vision.
This role also requires a close interaction with the project execution team and oversight of the different department involved to consolidate the development of a close relation with the client, facilitating a smooth project delivery and repeat business.
**Responsibilities**
+ Drive overall business growth globally with a focus on increasing sales, revenue, and profitability into the assigned global account and assigned target assets.
+ Support the development of the Clinical, Regulatory and Drug Development Solutions, Real World & Medical Affairs account asset strategy with input from the broader account aligned team and orchestrate the operational execution including selection and planning around assets.

You will become key member of our SAP team. Your role will be focused primarily on the delivery of SAP services to one or more of our multiple large clients implementing SAP S/4HANA. Your secondary focus will be on support and broader practice development. In this role, you will help develop high-performing individuals and teams, leading and supporting them to deliver exceptional client services.

Your Key Responsibilities Supporting the planning and management of client projects throughout all phases of project delivery

Proven experience in leading design workshops to gain a clear understanding of our client's industry and business requirements

Designing and configuring appropriate best practice solutions to meet client requirements

Producing key project deliverables including design and configuration documentation, functional specs, data migration specs, test scripts, training materials, etc.

Integration testing as required, and supporting other testing activities such as UAT or performance testing

Supporting Data migration activities as required

Solutioning using design accelerators such as SAP's Enterprise Management Layer (EML) or EY's Pre-Configured Industry Solutions for potential use on client engagements

Advising clients on current and future SAP needs and best practices, including S/4HANA business case development, business transformation, roadmap and implementation

Supporting the development of the SAP practice, including leading internal team activities, supporting sales activities and facilitating client events

To qualify for the role you should have Strong technical skills and keen ambition to develop further.

To qualify for the role you must have
  • A third level qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or relevant experience related to the position
7+ years' experience in SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) implementations, with a minimum of 2 years' specifically in a consulting capacity for internal or external clients

Knowledge of end-to-end process touch points covering both upstream and downstream integrations to SAP Materials Management, including the key benefits and implementation scenarios.

Experience with, or demonstrable understanding of, S/4HANA best practice processes, key benefits, and implementation scenarios

Strong ability to lead, mentor and motivate teams, adopting a collaborative and supportive approach

Proven ability to build and leverage relationships with senior-level clients

Ideally, you'll also have

SAP Ariba experience is also desired but not essential.

Relevant SAP certifications in SAP Materials Management or related modules
