The Director, GPD Strategy and Marketing Lead, Dermatology leading offers a unique opportunity to shape Takeda's first commercial footprint in Dermatology. The GPD Strategy and Marketing Lead, Dermatology, supports the GPD MCE Head of Dermatology Strategy & Marketing and the Dermatology franchise community across GPD to further develop and refine the brand strategy and enable LOC franchise success via
+ Lead the strategic vision, creation, ongoing enhancement, and utilization of a best-in-class knowledge and communication system, supporting the Launch Pad and Knowledge Hub as a central curator to provide valuable, accurate, and accessible resources across MCE, matrix functions and LOCs.
+ Develop effective communication channels and tools to ensure the right information reaches the right audience, tailored to different stakeholders and operational needs.
**How you will contribute**
_Stakeholder Communication_
+ Build ways of working ensuring insights transfer between LOCs, region, MCE & Global.
+ Develop strong presentations supported by digital tools for senior leadership presentations.
+ Lead collaboration meetings such as collaboration council, Co-creation leader meetings, MCE meeting, etc.
+ Build effective channels to ensure the right information reaches the right audience (e.g., Core Commercial teams, LOCs, and other functions) at the right time.

_Launch Dashboard Workstream_
+ Lead the Launch Dashboard workstream, ensuring it captures and informs key launch metrics and aligns with business priorities.
+ Oversee the ongoing development of the Launch Dashboard, communicating critical launch metrics between global, regional, and LOC stakeholders.
+ Ensure alignment with critical business goals by tracking and interpreting launch effectiveness.
_Knowledge System Curation_
+ Spend approximately 50% of the role managing Launch Pad and Knowledge Hub, ensuring best practices, resource accessibility, and ease of use for all LOCs and functions.
+ Coordinate with GPD, MCE, and LOC stakeholders to ensure content remains accurate, relevant, and impactful for business needs.
+ Oversee content and functionality of knowledge systems (e.g., Launch Pad, Knowledge Hub), ensuring access to relevant and actionable information.
+ Curate and maintain a comprehensive content library of global resources to meet commercial and marketing decision-making needs.
+ Partner with Zasocitinib cross-functional teams to acquire high-quality, relevant resources to enhance the knowledge system's value.
+ Define and prioritize KMH GI categories and content aligned with brand strategy and claims. 
+ Review and approve LOC submissions; drive adoption and engagement across TA and LOC network. 
+ Ensure effective governance through operational working groups and quarterly TA calls.

+ Ensure data and insights are systematically embedded into planning and execution, translating analytics into actionable strategies for customer engagement.

+ Optimize and modernize how we collaborate with agencies of record, ensuring efficiency, innovation, value creation, and scalability across deliverables. 
_Content Creation for Effective Communication_
+ Create visually compelling and concise newsletters, slides, and materials to improve knowledge sharing and ensure clarity.

The Opportunity

Main Purpose of the Job: The management and implementation of the Hotel Annual Sales and Marketing strategy for the Hilton Dublin Hotel. The Director of Sales and Marketing functions as the strategic leader and driver of hotel sales and has responsibility for achieving property revenue goals, & guest satisfaction. Leads and manages all day-to-day activities related to the proactive sales and marketing function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of hotel sales objectives. What will I be doing? Sales Growth Responsible for the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies for growth by: Develop, implement and monitor the annual Sales and Marketing plan for the hotel. Manage own portfolio of accounts in Corporate, MICE, Business groups, Airlines, Agent, Tour Operator, and Leisure segments in local, regional and global markets. Seeking out and secure new corporate and leisure business, in line with the Hotels budgetary requirements. To participate in and activate the agreed strategy in the annual RFP process in conjunction with the Cluster Revenue Manager to ensure maximum RFP acceptance. Seek to maximise all revenue opportunities from existing accounts through strategic planning and effective account management. Deliver budgeted room sales in key segments the DOSM has responsibility over: corporate/corporate group/consortia/conference in house/ad hoc tour series and tour series/Airline etc. Deliver budgeted M&E sales with focus on food and beverage sales along with yielding room hire rates. Delivery of Christmas party night / BBQ target cover and developing evening events with food and beverage opportunities. Assist with delivering budgeted Food and Beverage sales with specific focus on the restaurant & bar. Lead team to identify and develop new business from new accounts through strategic activities research, face to face calls, networking proactive campaigns, sales missions, trade shows etc, to target and convert new business and provide effective account management. Core focuses on corporate transient, MICE, Social Events, Local Corporate Relationships, MICE agents and airlines. Leverage the Hilton International brand and global account managers to exploit all existing and new business opportunities. Monitor and lead M&E Pipeline analysis identifying gaps vs budget, and actioning as appropriate with the M&E Team. Participating and supporting the offsite cluster Sales teams with customer visits, including face to face sales calls, site inspections and familiarization trips, networking events, workshops etc. Targeting of new Tour series and Ad Hoc leisure group business, in line with the hotels business objectives and in conjunction with the Cluster Revenue Manager. Completing regular SWOT analysis of competitor hotels identifying market threats, pressures and opportunities, ensuring sales activities reflect these, and advising senior management of this market information. Manage and undertake local, regional and national key account activities including trade shows, networking events, workshops, presentations and sales missions. Promote and represent the hotel professionally and effectively in the domestic and overseas markets through a range of B2B and B2C events including Hilton trade shows and key account workshops and FAM trips. To design, implement, and monitor sales and marketing plans for all Food and Beverage and Meeting and Event outlets. Marketing and PR To promote the hotels brand identity in all markets by: Marketing Plan to design and direct the implementation of online and offline marketing initiatives and activities to support the hotel revenue objectives, in all rooms and MICE segments, and in all outlets. Track return on investment vs KPIs and amend activity to meet hotels budgetary objectives. Hotel website strategy and management of the website function and directing the marketing team to manage the Hilton brand website content, e-marketing, SEO, and PPC strategy. Lead the management and planning of offline marketing & PR opportunities (self-generated in-house and agency) and projects, as per business requirements. PR: develop new products / packages / services to generate positive PR for the hotel, to support sales budgets. What are we looking for? The Global Associate Director is the Procurement authority responsible for creating and driving Marketing and Sales Procurement related activity across Clorox's Care & Connection and Health & Hygiene Groups, domestically (USA) and internationally (AMEA, CANADA & LATAM), combined spend responsibility globally across all subcategories. The Associate Director is a thought leader with an external focus who brings a deep understanding of best practices in the Indirect Procurement space and who will collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and execute category strategies to maximize value for the business. **In this role, you will:**
+ Drive Category Management and Procurement activities across Marketing and Sales Indirect spend, designing a Marketing Procurement Vision aligned with the organization's growth mode, implementing and executing procurement strategies across all subcategories, addressing governance, compliance, capability building, and embracing the new procurement operating model to develop a holistic approach to optimize the entire procurement process and drive value creation, unlocking opportunities to deliver continuous savings, positive cash flow, as well as performance and process improvement to deliver growth for Clorox.
+ Build and develop a global team of 5 people and perform training for all direct reports around Category Management with best-in-class Procurement activities, such as sourcing strategies and new capabilities development, performing contract audits and spend analysis, leveraging data and analytics to assess ROI of marketing budget, conducting competitive bidding and RFP processes, negotiations of commercial agreements, implementing vendor (agency) and stakeholder management, risk mitigation, among others, whilst boosting agility and innovation across the category.
+ Thought leader in Procurement activities across all the Global Sourcing organization at Clorox, with passion for developing world-class sourcing team, representing the Procurement Function in the alignment and prioritization of key business needs, adopting industry-leading practices, leveraging technology and data analytics, and fostering collaboration across departments, to drive value creation, procurement excellence, and deliver measurable results with clear KPIs.

**What we look for:**
Years and Type of Experience:
+ 8-10 years progressive procurement experience. Marketing & Sales experience is preferred, but other procurement domains will be considered.
+ At least 5 years of experience leading a team of high-performing procurement professionals.
+ 4+ years of experience in developing category strategies and strong working knowledge of the marketing agency environment sourcing one or more of the following: Creative, Insights, Media, etc.
+ Experience practicing best-in-class procurement processes (strategic sourcing management, benchmarking, should-cost models, RFX, reverse auction, contracting, etc.)
+ Work experience in an international environment and matrix organizations.
Skills and Abilities:
+ Results oriented individual with solid proven track record in delivering value (cost and cash).
+ Strong negotiation, analytical, and influencing skills. Great at building cross-functional relationships with ability to interface effectively across all levels of the organization.
+ Ability to creatively solve business problems pragmatically and at speed, working with a high level of independence.
+ Strong digital fluency with knowledge of and experience with Procurement Tech stacks.
+ Planning and organization skills-Ability to establish work plans, multi-task and prioritize simultaneous projects.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex business situations clearly. High degree of fluency in written and spoken English is required.
+ Drive continuous improvement in procurement expertise.
Education Level/Degree:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field required.
+ Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
