**In this role you will.**
+ Lead a team of 17 marketing experts across EMEA providing coaching, mentorship and performance development.
+ Bring to life the vision for the team and inspire and motivate your reports.
+ Have ultimate responsibility for EMEA wide integrated campaigns, strategic events - including our World Forum and Summit Series and major 3 _rd_ party events, and partner marketing.
+ Lead and transform EMEA campaign management from Brand to Demand to Loyalty to drive business results.
+ Provide leadership and insights into how marketing campaigns, demand generation and events affect business growth (pipeline acceleration, ROI etc).
+ Ensure that the resources match the company's goals and established commercial objectives for demand generation and pipeline acceleration.
