We're looking for a Head of HR to join our People Team in Flutter Functions.
You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders of a designated area(s), influencing and coaching across all people matters. The role will drive the delivery of the Flutter Functions People Strategy, as well as the design and delivery of strategic people plans specific for their designated business area, enabling the business strategy. What you'll do- Acting as a strategic partner, advisor and mentor to designated senior leaders on all People matters/requirements.
- Help author, develop and execute a people strategy showing understanding of the strategic drivers of the business.
- Role modelling and championing the people strategy, key people initiatives and the people operating model to drive adoption and advocacy across the organisation.
- Partner with senior leaders to shape culture, leadership capability, talent, DEI, organisational efficiency to drive improved performance edge.
- Supporting the talent management strategy for each assigned business area, including the talent review cycle and succession planning.
- Interlocking and partnering with CoE's and respective People Business Partner team leader to define specific business area requirements, build global initiatives, and enable effective delivery.
- Inputting into and owning the design and execution of change initiatives, such as strategic workforce planning, organisational design and/or effectiveness initiatives, for each assigned business area.
- Demonstrate significant experience of partnering and serving as a trusted advisor to senior level leaders in a complex, matrix environment across multiple geographies – including leaders outside of Flutter Functions
- Display the ability and expertise to coach and influence senior leaders and CoEs on decisions/initiatives across the full people scope of services.
- Demonstrate skills, expertise and experience of leading organisation design, talent management and strategic workforce planning initiatives/strategies.
- Execute and support on employee relations processes
- Experience of developing and delivering people plans that enable the business and people strategy.
- Possess good commercial acumen with the ability to interpret business performance and translate this understanding into people strategies/initiatives.
- Be an excellent change/project leader with good organizational skills.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with at least 10+ years of well-rounded experience in progressive HR roles with at least 5 years in a leadership position. Must have strong performance management, coaching, business partnership, and HR operations background. Experience in a high growth technology business is a plus. Relevant certifications are a double plus
- Prior people leadership experience, preferably with geographically distributed teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage others
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of employment laws across EMEA is a must, combined with the proven ability to interpret and guide employment matters, manage grievances, disputes and investigations in alignment with local employment law and regulations
- Passion for & demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing HR programs and driving operational excellence for a high growth and complex company. The role will report into the Senior Director of EMEA Employee Experience and will be responsible for scaling business processes while supporting leaders to optimize the experience of working for MongoDB. The Employee Experience Team at MongoDB is the face of HR to the approximately 6,000 employees globally. The team is responsible for providing full employee life cycle service delivery from onboarding to separation management in partnership with the rest of the People Team including the following CoEs: Workplace, Recruiting, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement & Inclusion, HR Business Partnering and HR Operations. The team is also responsible for policy and process enhancements including regional compliance as well as developing programs to enhance manager capability across the company.
