We are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistants to join our growing team of relief staff working in the public healthcare sector in Louth.
Responsibilities: To carry out assigned responsibilities involving direct care and all activities of daily living.
To maintain standards of personal hygiene, dietary intake, physical and mental health.
To ensure that care is carried out in an empathetic manner and that dignity is respected.
To assist with patients mobility, using appropriate moving equipment when needed.
To maintain the confidentiality of all information made available.

Planning, development and management will be your part of your daily responsibilities.
To qualify for this fantastic role, you must have a Third level Degree in Nursing, be actively registered with NMBI and also have 3rd level Healthcare management qualification.
You will also have a minimum of 3 years experience in working with older people within the last six years of your career.
You are an experienced people manager of a good character, who enjoys a challenge and takes pride in achieved results We have several roles open for Directors of Nursing, Clinical Nurse Managers and Assistant Directors of Nursing around Ireland This is an opportunity for nurses who have already worked as a DON, ADON, CNM or had senior roles to take that next step and, with support, manage a nursing home to exceptional standards.
Qualifications: Registered on the Live Register in the General Division of the Register of Nurses as maintained by the NMBI.
Elderly Care Qualification Management Qualification Experience: Minimum of 5 years elderly care experience, which 3 should be at management level.
Knowledge of the Nursing Home Industry Have a full understanding of the National Standards for Residential Care Settings for Older People Have wide general nursing experience and proven leadership qualities.
Have experience/ qualification in /Gerontology.
Evidence of consistent updating of clinical skills and knowledge Demonstrable coaching & development skills within clinical practice Competent and confident IT skills Has worked with or has a knowledge of caring for people with dementia.
