Your day-to-day responsibilities will include acting for clients, You will also undertake advisory work, draft detailed advices on healthcare law and regulatory issues, manage client relationships, and contribute to our knowledge management resources.

Provide high-level legal services within the healthcare sector Act for regulatory bodies in the context of Fitness to Practise complaints and Statutory Inquiries Advise public bodies and professional regulators on the discharge of their statutory duties Present preliminary applications to Committees of Inquiry Utilise strong advocacy skills where necessary Undertake Healthcare Advisory work, drafting detailed advices in respect of healthcare law and regulatory issues Manage client relationships with public sector clients Generate and maintain high-quality knowledge management resources and precedents within professional regulation and healthcare What you bring: Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years post-qualification experience Strong experience in healthcare law Experience acting for regulatory bodies in Fitness to Practise complaints and Statutory Inquiries Proven ability in advising public bodies or professional regulators on statutory duties Strong Advocacy skills Experience in Healthcare Advisory work Demonstrated Client Management Experience with public sector clients Ability to generate and maintain high-quality knowledge management resources Reed Specialist Recruitment is an Employment Agency and an Employment Business for permanent and temporary recruitment.
