Permanent Full-time Post (75/75) Eligibility Criteria: Persons applying for this must have at the latest date for receipt of completed applications for the post: Essential: Be a Registered Nurse Intellectual Disability (RNID) on the live Register of Nurses kept by An Bord Altranais agus Cnimhseachais Na hireann (NMBI) andhave a minimum of 1 years post registration full time experience (or an aggregate of 1 year's full time experience) in the RNID division of the register. In addition, the candidate should have a minimum of 1 years' experience working with adults who have Intellectual Disability and Behaviour Support Needs/Behaviours that Challenge. Candidates must be fully competent and capable of undertaking the duties attached to the office and be in a state of health such as would indicate a reasonable prospect of ability to render regular and efficient service. Having a thorough understanding of the Positive Behaviour Support framework and related evidence approaches with ability to demonstrate same. Show ability to work as a team member within the immediate place of work and also with the wider Multidisciplinary Team.
