Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of talented individuals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. Customer Focus: Ensure that every customer enjoys a personalized and delightful shopping experience, fostering a strong connection between the brand and our valued clients. Visual Merchandising: Maintain high visual merchandising standards to showcase our luxurious products and create an inviting store atmosphere. Inventory Management: Oversee and manage stock levels, ensuring optimal inventory turnover while minimizing shrinkage. Sales Performance: Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Training and Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, providing guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Operational Excellence: Ensure the store operates efficiently and complies with company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards. Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with the local community, promoting the Rituals brand and participating in relevant events.
