At Staffline Recruitment we have a fantastic opportunity available for an Administrator / Graduate to take up a permanent position with a prominent Public Sector body headquartered in Dublin City Centre.
This permanent position and will offer a hybrid working model of 2 days per week working from home. The successful candidate will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual ready to kick start their career within a dynamic organisation offering excellent long term career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Provide administrative support to the Divisional Manager of Strategy & Planning and Policy & Advocacy.
- Manage the logistics of key events forming part of annual work programme and ad-hoc meetings as they arise.
- Provide administrative support to the Strategy & Planning team.
- Manage procurement processes and support Department Manager in budget management.
- Provide support to the development of research & analysis by the team (e.g., competitor analysis, job classification).Provide a timely and professional response to data queries from across the organisation.
- Undertake a wide variety of research work for inclusion in presentations and reports and committee documents.
- To ensure dignity, respect and equality are applied within and outside the organisation and that a work life balance is supported as much as possible in the workplace.
- To undertake continuous learning and development through informal and formal learning and participation in the Performance Management and Development Review Process.
- To demonstrate flexibility in undertaking additional tasks that can arise or are assigned to this role.
Interested applicants will meet the following requirements:
- A relevant third level business/sector related qualification or working towards higher education is desirable.
- Previous experience in a busy clerical / administrative role.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure, to meet tight deadlines and to work flexibly and independently on own initiative.
- A full current driving license is preferred.
- Ongoing flexibility and interest in career progression and development via opportunities, which may arise.
This permanent role will have a salary scale starting at €27,304 rising with service to €45,029 along with a hybrid working model and benefits.

Education and Certifications
- A third level degree, with a strong academic record.

- Minimum of 4-8 years of relevant experience depending on the level being applied for.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong project and programme management experience leading and managing large multi-disciplinary teams comprised of clients, consultants, and third-party vendors.
