Please note this role will require regular travel, particularly throughout the North & West of Ireland so being based near to Dublin would be ideal. The successful candidate will therefore need a Drivers License and be comfortable driving to client meetings throughout the week.

The Opportunity
As a Hospitality Consultant, you'll be the bridge between clients and their commercial objectives, ensuring they're supported to maximise savings, improve efficiencies, and meet their operational and financial goals.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, from Chefs and GMs to Finance Controllers and F&B leaders, building strong, trusted relationships and acting as a true advisor. No two days will look the same: one day you could be on-site reviewing client performance, the next you'll be analysing data, reporting results, or identifying new opportunities for growth.
Reporting into the Head of Operations, you'll play a key role in delivering on client plans, ensuring services meet expectations, and driving incremental value for all parties.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring smooth renewals and long-term partnerships.
- Work with clients to achieve financial and operational targets, identifying opportunities to improve performance and savings.
- Conduct regular review meetings, providing insight and feedback on results and opportunities.
