Job Description

The People Reporting & Insights Manager will partner with colleagues from across human resources and internal customers to provide evidence-based insights on the people and organizational aspects of Regeneron's business. The ideal candidate will have a fundamental technical background, strong project management and interpersonal skills, customer orientation and requisite HR experience. Expertise in data management, metrics and reporting, descriptive analytics, data visualization and story-telling are all critical for success. We see this as a superb opportunity to build people reporting and insights expertise, collaborating closely with others who have been crafting an enterprise-wide people analytics and reporting program. You will be working from our International HQ in Dublin, Ireland.

In this role, a typical day might include the following:

  • Supporting ongoing reporting for both HR and business leadership audiences, including work toward greater technology enablement and related data reliability
  • Enhancing reporting and data transformation to improve Regeneron's evidence-based approach to HR management
  • Translating metric priorities into new dashboards and key reports with compelling visualizations and storytelling to help guide decision-making regarding Regeneron's talent and organizational practices
  • Building new people metrics dashboards in Tableau and/or Workday for custom analyses and end-user audiences
  • Identifying, prioritizing, implementing and testing improved data quality and additional data capture opportunities in partnership with HR Technology, IT and Finance teams
  • Working closely with colleagues to build and integrate the practice of using data to inform people-related decisions

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in an applied social science or quantitative field and 7+ years of experience working with HR, People and Business data to generate critical insights (ideally including working with global data, labor market data and third-party data). This includes experience in data collection, organization and quality assurance for the purposes of building enterprise-wide reports. Advanced proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) and proficiency in statistical software packages (e.g., R, Python, SAS) is required. Experience with global HR technology systems (e.g., Workday) and technology development for reporting is also required.

HR Generalist

Noel Group are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation seeking a capable and detail-focused HR Generalist to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a varied HR role covering both operational and administrative responsibilities.

The Role:

The successful candidate will support the delivery of a wide range of HR services and assist with the smooth running of the HR function. This position plays a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting employees and managers, and contributing to ongoing HR initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Administration:

  • Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Co-ordinate and lead induction programmes for new starters
  • Support the recruitment and selection process as required
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, in line with GDPR regulations
  • Provide general day-to-day HR administrative support
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries via phone and email
  • Support managers with HR-related queries including policies, procedures, employee engagement and training
  • Assist in the coordination of investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes
  • Monitor work permits and visas, ensuring compliance and escalating concerns when needed
  • Identify process improvements to enhance HR service delivery
  • Produce internal and external HR reports and maintain people-related metrics
  • Administer and track training and development activities
  • Work closely with payroll to ensure accurate data and process alignment; provide payroll support as needed
  • Manage reminders and documentation for probation reviews and annual performance appraisals
  • Carry out ad hoc HR duties and project work as required

What You'll Need:

  • A relevant qualification in HR (CIPD or HR-related degree)
  • Prior experience in an administrative role – HR admin experience is a distinct advantage
  • A strong understanding of Irish employment law
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Flexible, proactive, and adaptable with a strong work ethic
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems (e.g., Bizimply) is beneficial
