Assisting with business development activities including the development of tender documents, marketing campaigns and delivering successful client pitches; Contributing to the financial and commercial management of the unit including raising invoices, debtor management, WIP and budget management. The Person: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: An appropriate third level qualification in a relevant business discipline; A keen interest in employment law. HR & Employment Law Advisor Location: Cork (Office-Based) Salary: €38,000 per annum Key Tasks and Responsibilities Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR, Employment Law, and best practices through company training and regular updates. Meet set KPIs by delivering high-quality, timely advice to clients primarily via telephone, supplemented by email and video conferencing. Take full ownership of cases from initiation to resolution, building strong rapport and trusted relationships with clients during each interaction. Accurately log all advice and case details in the company's bespoke internal system, ensuring ongoing case management and accountability. Provide clients with relevant supporting documentation to complement advice given. Ensure all advice aligns with client HR documentation and internal policies. Follow internal protocols to manage and escalate cases when necessary. Manage a dynamic portfolio of ongoing and complex client cases by offering expert guidance and support. Deliver HR and employment law training sessions to both client and non-client groups via video conference or in person. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to consistently maintain a high standard of client service. Recommend additional company products and services that may benefit clients. Support other departments, particularly HR Consultancy, in updating employment contracts and handbooks as needed. Skills and Experience Extensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, with a minimum of 1 year's relevant experience. Exceptional communication skills, able to engage professionally and confidently with clients. Strong written English skills with meticulous attention to detail. Proven ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure. Excellent organisational skills with an ability to present information clearly and accurately. Proficient in word processing and general computer literacy. Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
