Qualifications & Experience
  • Hons Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Organisation Development, HR, psychology, business).
  • Minimum of 10+ years' experience in organisation development, change management, or related field.
  • Experience in large scale matrix organisations preferable.
  • Strong project management experience with a proven track record of delivering projects in a large scale organisation.
  • Qualification in coaching is a distinct advantage. All applicants must be able to demonstrate coaching competencies.

The Role
