  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development for the site, ensuring a fair and high-performing workplace.
  • Champion employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, providing regular reporting and insights on key HR metrics.
  • Manage change initiatives, ensuring site-level practices align with group HR policies and legislation.

What Skills You Need

  • Degree or professional qualification in HR (CIPD Level 7/8 preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a senior generalist/HRBP/HR Manager capacity.
  • Experience in a manufacturing unionised environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
  • Comfortable being hands-on and highly visible in day-to-day operations, with a practical approach to problem-solving.
