Our client, a dynamic & expanding US multinational in the biotech/medtech sector, have now engaged exclusively with us at CPL to recruit a talented, energetic & ambitious HR Manager to join their leadership team & head up their HR function here in the mid-west. The Job: As a key part of the site based senior senior leadership team & reporting to the Global Head of HR, the successful candidate will cover a broad remit across the HR function including both hands-on & strategic duties. This will include duties such as leading the HR team locally as well as engaging with global HR colleagues, complex HR project management, heading up the employee relations & IR functions, design & delivery of new HR policies & processes, comps/bens & training alignment & overseeing both internal & external recruitment processes. As part of the site leadership team you will also be tasked with guiding & coaching departmental managers on duties relevant to their specific needs, ensuring compliance with HR legislation & industry best practice, setting strategic HR budgets & supporting corporate strategy to ensure the long-term success of the HR function & the Irish operation overall. Your Skills/Experience that we need Minimum 3rd level degree qualified in HR, business studies or a related discipline. Further relevant qualifications would be an advantage. 4+ years experience in a HR Manager or 6+ years in a senior level HR Business Partner role. Experienced gained in the med-tech, medical devices, pharma or related sectors would be an advantage but is not essential. Proven ER & IR knowledge & experience. Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications, particularly Excel. Excellent attention to detail, inter-personal & coaching skills. Proven ability to work on your own initiative & deliver on HR projects. The Offer: Salary will depend on candidate skills & experience but expected to be approx. 95-115k with an excellent benefits package including pension, private health care & other additional benefits. The role is being offered on an initial 15 month contract basis. This role will be a hybrid mix of 3-4 days office based with 1-2 days working from home/remote.
