Experience: Prior HR generalist experience is essential. Experience in social care or a health-related discipline desirable but not essential. Skills: Excellent communication skills. Proficient in written communication skills such as report writing. Highly organised with a strong attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels Excellent IT and administration skills. Self-starter / Self-motivated. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment with a high level of attention to detail. Full Clean Driver's License.
