HR Services Manager responsibilities include:
- Strategic HR Leadership - Support the HR function in developing and implementing HR strategic plans aligned with hospital objectives while providing expert guidance on all HR matters to ensure compliance with legislation and best practice.
- Employee & Industrial Relations - Manage complex ER/IR cases including grievances, disciplinaries, performance management, and dignity at work issues, ensuring procedural compliance and timely resolution.
- Team Leadership & Development - Lead and supervise HR staff, coordinate workflows, assess development needs, and ensure mandatory training compliance while fostering a positive working environment.
- Talent Acquisition Oversight - Oversee recruitment functions, develop targeted recruitment campaigns, participate in hiring processes, and support workforce planning to meet organizational needs.
- Compliance & Governance - Drive HR compliance agenda including Garda Vetting, work permits, contracts, legislative requirements, and HSE Circular compliance while maintaining robust internal controls.
- Pension Administration - Support the pension function ensuring adherence to scheme rules for all operated schemes and compliance with Relevant Authority requirements.
- HR Service Delivery - Ensure timely processing of employment documentation, critical illness protocols, rehabilitation remuneration, and terms of employment changes to maintain service levels.
- Change Management & Projects - Lead strategic HR initiatives, manage implementation of HR-related projects, and support staff through organizational change processes.
- Stakeholder Management - Build relationships across all organizational levels, providing high-quality HR advice and support while maintaining customer-focused service delivery.
- Data & Reporting - Provide regular HR reports and statistical data to management and stakeholders, including recruitment metrics and HR-related issue tracking.
- Deputization & Support - Deputize for the HR Director as required while supporting day-to-day HR operations and the wider HR team.
- Policy & Procedure Management - Establish and monitor HR policies, conduct audits of HR records and systems, and maintain current knowledge of employment legislation and healthcare sector regulations.
Eligibility Criteria - Professional Qualifications, Experience, etc required by the closing date for job applications:
Education
- Level 8 Degree or higher in HR, Business, Management or related field
- Professional HR qualification (CIPD or equivalent) desirable
- Evidence of continuous professional development
Experience
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience in an HR environment at Business Partner/People Leadership level
- Strong IR/ER experience is essential - demonstrable track record of managing complex employee relations cases
- Significant experience working with and supporting numerous stakeholders
- Proven ability to work on high-level, value-add ad hoc projects while continuing to achieve routine goals
- Experience in staff management and team leadership
- Hospital or healthcare experience is a distinct advantage

My client is looking for an experienced HR Shared Services Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate would manage overall employee life cycle across multiple core HR functional areas including pre on boarding, on boarding, transfer within Ireland region and cross region UK & Germany, probation management process, contract renew, employee profile management, exit process management, employee service, attendance system and data management. Key contributor in the initiation of the employee life cycle process optimising & improving our employee experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage elements of the Attendance system including the monitoring, processing & maintaining of all leave entitlements & balances. Ensure accurate reporting and timely response to employees aligned with prescribed SLAs.
- Liaise with wider HR team in implementation of new Time and Attendance system in 2026
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of Internal HR Systems and develop and create opportunities to improve our processes.
- Co-Ordinate and manage the pre-boarding and onboarding of all new joiners as per Company existing Program
- Ensure all new employees are set up in all related HR systems (HRIS, T&A, Payroll), while ensuring high data accuracy and maintenance of data.
- Liaise closely with CoE and HRBP team to ensure positive employee experience and streamlined approach to scope of responsibilities.
- Act as first point of contact for many employee queries and requests etc and co-ordinate appropriate feedback to employees based on tier 1/ 2 queries. Work closely with HR COE & HRBP to ensure timely response rate.
- Ensure processes and procedures are in place to ensure compliance to relevant legislation and revenue guidelines.
- Co-ordinate the offboarding/exit process of employees (Exit interview, correct termination requirements, Notice periods & payments, system updates, communications to all relevant business partners)
- Set up SLA and continuous improvement on delivering process base on process diagnose and voice of customer (VOC)
- Supporting on local HR events to HRBP and Co
- Any other duties as delegated by the HR Shared Service Team Lead
Key Requirements:
- Deeply understand of HR three pillars module and insight of HRSS priorities
- Attendance/Time management systems is ideal
- Good knowledge of HRIS (SAP Success Factors)
- Good knowledge of HR compliance and HR policies
- Excellent computer skills with advanced systems use preferred
- 5 years + of HR related experience (HR/Payroll shared service centre experience a distinct advantage).
- Good knowledge of ESC essential
- Good knowledge of life cycle management components and process
- Bachelor degree and above ideal
- Fluent English skills
- Process improvement and project management competence for global projects.

What You Bring To The Team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in talent management, succession planning, performance management, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a program management role.
- Proven expertise in talent management, including succession planning, HiPo development, and performance management.
- Experience designing and managing mentoring and leadership development programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to assess program effectiveness and guide decision-making.
- Excellent project management capabilities to oversee multiple programs simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Enterprise Talent Management Producer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging learning content and marketing materials that support Talent Management initiatives across the organization. This role requires a professional with experience in instructional design, video and multimedia graphics, digital design and production, and learning technology. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and the ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling messages. The producer will work closely with various departments to ensure the successful deployment of learning experiences, leveraging internal social media and other communication channels to enhance engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Content and Communications:
Design and develop engaging learning content, including video and eLearning scripts, presentations, speaker notes, micro learning content, job aids, and guides.
Create and deploy engaging marketing materials such as emails, newsletters, infographics, videos, and intranet posts to promote learning and talent management initiatives.
Collaborate with instructional designers, external vendors, trainers, and subject matter experts to ensure consistent messaging and branding across learning and talent management initiatives.
Video & Multimedia Graphics/Digital Design and Production:
Create high-quality video and multimedia solutions to support learning and talent management initiatives.
Utilize digital design tools and software to produce visually appealing and effective learning and marketing materials.
Ensure that all materials are aligned with the organization's branding standards.
Learning Technology and Social Media Communications:
Leverage learning technologies to enhance the delivery and accessibility of learning materials (Degreed, SF LMS, Microsoft 365).
Utilize social media and other internal communication channels to promote learning and talent management initiatives and engage employees.
Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with external vendors, including freelancers and agencies, to ensure the delivery of high-quality learning and marketing materials.
Coordinate vendor activities and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
Program Management:
Execute the intake process, ensuring new project requests are reviewed and prioritized against the existing workloads.
Oversee the design, planning, execution, and evaluation of production plans, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization.
Contribute to creating and maintaining processes and governance documents.
Experience/Qualifications
Hons Bachelor's degree in Education, Graphic Design, Multimedia Production, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5-7+ years of experience in internal communications, instructional design, video production, or related roles.
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with graphic, video, and multimedia production tools and software (Adobe Creative Suite, Synthesia, Articulate).
Preferred
Strong knowledge of learning technologies and social media communications.
Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
Knowledge of analytics tools to measure communication effectiveness.
