Role Description
Dropbox is looking for an experienced Workforce Planning Business Partner to join our Strategic Workforce Planning team. This is a high-impact role responsible for delivering informative, data-driven and practical workforce solutions to support our People team, Finance and Business Leaders in growing a company-wide workforce planning (WFP) capability. You'll partner with our existing Workforce Planning team to execute on the long-term vision and roadmap for workforce planning, to develop data-driven insights and visualizations with company-level impact. As a Virtual First company, this role is ideal for someone who is "scrappy," analytical, able to forge cross-functional partnerships, and is energized by the opportunity to build technical solutions from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end headcount management processes, including requisition tracking, scenario-based headcount planning, and process optimization.
- Build and maintain workforce dashboards (e.g., headcount, location, recruiting capacity) to drive real-time insights for leaders.
- Partner with Finance on supply/demand analysis, forecasting, and business scenario planning.
- Collaborate with People Analytics and TA Operations to deliver predictive analytics, dashboards, and talent intelligence insights.
- Conduct external benchmarking and refresh workforce metrics to support HRBPs and business leaders in planning discussions.
- Support annual company-wide workforce planning processes, ensuring alignment with Strategic and Financial Planning.
- Contribute to HR technology roadmap initiatives, including requirements, testing, and implementation of WFP tools (e.g., Workday, skills mapping, talent intelligence platforms).
- Drive long-term strategic workforce planning projects, building Dropbox's capability for long-range talent planning, resource allocation, and org design.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Workforce Planning, Analytics, or Consulting within a global corporate environment.
- Proven ability to design dashboards, models, and data visualizations that translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong collaboration skills with demonstrated success partnering across Finance, Recruiting, HRBPs, and other cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting analysis and recommendations to leadership.
- Demonstrated agility in managing shifting priorities, ambiguity, and fast-paced business demands.
- Advanced technical expertise with Workday data/reporting, Excel or Tableau, and HR technology platforms and SQL.
- Hands-on experience implementing or refining Position Management and (ideally) skills-based workforce models.
- Project Management: Lead cross-team and/or multi-phase projects from design through implementation, leveraging product management principles (roadmapping, user journeys, feature prioritization) and design thinking (prototype planning solutions, and iterate based on data) to improve adoption and impact
- Experience leveraging AI tools to automate workflows, enhance workforce data analysis, and deliver insights in the flow of work; strong comfort with using AI to improve planning efficiency and decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to various Talent Intelligence platforms
- People/HR domain experience, someone who understands TA and HRBP roles
- Prior experience with company-level planning processes
- Experience deploying a skills-based workforce model is a strong advantage
Compensation
Ireland Pay Range
€72.300—€97.700 EUR
The range listed above is the expected annual salary/OTE (On-Target Earnings) for this role, subject to change.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Enterprise Talent Management Producer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging learning content and marketing materials that support Talent Management initiatives across the organization. This role requires a professional with experience in instructional design, video and multimedia graphics, digital design and production, and learning technology. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and the ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling messages. The producer will work closely with various departments to ensure the successful deployment of learning experiences, leveraging internal social media and other communication channels to enhance engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Content and Communications:
Design and develop engaging learning content, including video and eLearning scripts, presentations, speaker notes, micro learning content, job aids, and guides.
Create and deploy engaging marketing materials such as emails, newsletters, infographics, videos, and intranet posts to promote learning and talent management initiatives.
Collaborate with instructional designers, external vendors, trainers, and subject matter experts to ensure consistent messaging and branding across learning and talent management initiatives.
Video & Multimedia Graphics/Digital Design and Production:
Create high-quality video and multimedia solutions to support learning and talent management initiatives.
Utilize digital design tools and software to produce visually appealing and effective learning and marketing materials.

Learning Technology and Social Media Communications:
Leverage learning technologies to enhance the delivery and accessibility of learning materials (Degreed, SF LMS, Microsoft 365).
Utilize social media and other internal communication channels to promote learning and talent management initiatives and engage employees.
Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with external vendors, including freelancers and agencies, to ensure the delivery of high-quality learning and marketing materials.
Coordinate vendor activities and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
Program Management:
Execute the intake process, ensuring new project requests are reviewed and prioritized against the existing workloads.
Oversee the design, planning, execution, and evaluation of production plans, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization.
Contribute to creating and maintaining processes and governance documents.
Experience/Qualifications
Hons Bachelor's degree in Education, Graphic Design, Multimedia Production, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5-7+ years of experience in internal communications, instructional design, video production, or related roles.
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with graphic, video, and multimedia production tools and software (Adobe Creative Suite, Synthesia, Articulate).
Preferred
Strong knowledge of learning technologies and social media communications.
Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theory.

The **Senior Manager of Talent Management - Talent Planning** will design, build, and drive Autodesk's talent planning strategy and execution. To deliver insightful, efficient, and technology-supported talent review and succession planning processes, you will partner with key stakeholders across Talent Management, Learning & Development, Culture and Belonging, Workforce Planning, Performance Management, People Insights, as well as with People Business Partners and executive leaders.

You will also be expected to work with internal stakeholders, across HR teams, and with leaders to support an integrated Talent Planning process. This role reports to the Senior Director of Executive Talent and Talent Management.
**Responsibilities**
+ Own the full talent planning portfolio of talent review and succession planning for Autodesk and contribute to broader talent management projects and strategic initiatives
+ Understand and translate organizational needs into a talent planning strategy and plan for the Company aligned with Autodesk's strategic intent
+ Manage the global enterprise-wide Talent Review and Succession Planning products and processes
+ Accountable for the quality and effectiveness of the executive talent processes, including succession plans, talent pools, senior talent movement, quality of talent profiles, leadership review, and assessments
+ Act as a trusted thought partner and advisor to People Business Partners in introducing new programs, identifying process improvements, and deploying new approaches
+ In 2025/2026, drive the process to select, configure, and install a technology platform (or platforms) to support the talent review process and data capture, including responsibility for all communications and training to support the launch of new tools and software
+ Expertly moderate and support talent review and succession planning discussions
+ Leverage data and analytics to drive continuous improvement and to share a powerful narrative with key stakeholders on progress, outcomes, and risks in executive talent management
+ Design talent review and succession planning reporting to ensure that both programs are delivering succession and executive talent insights to PPL leadership, CEO staff, and the board of directors
