Position Overview
As part of KKR's continued investment in our Dublin office we are seeking a Human Capital Operations Professional to be based in Dublin. This role will collaborate closely with the global Human Capital (HC), Corporate Services and Real Estate, and Technology teams to enhance system processes in conjunction with overall goals and objectives.

This role is responsible for ensuring day-to-day execution of and providing HC support to employees for all transactions within Workday, inclusive of Benefits, Time Off and Leave of Absence tracking. The incumbent will also collaborate with HC colleagues on employee onboarding/off-boarding, processing employee transfers, and general coordination of information to ensure seamless processing of hires, exits, moves, and other transactions both within and outside of the HRIS systems. While the role is primarily focused on the EMEA region, the remit is global and will involve close coordination and support across the global HC Operations team.

Responsibilities

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Become a subject matter expert (EMEA focus) in all Human Capital Operations activities and business processes, providing guidance and support to the HR team and employees.
  • Workday Employee Data Management: Process hires, exits, transfers, and other employee data changes. Ensure data is accurate and that processes are moving along efficiently.
  • Position Management and Reporting: Support position management and reporting in Workday and Greenhouse, ensuring data is accurate and complete.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding Support: Guide new joiners through pre-hire and onboarding processes, and assist leavers as they exit the firm, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Background Checks and Follow-ups: Conduct background checks as part of the hiring process and for compliance-related recertifications and follow up on any discrepancies or required actions.
  • Document Collection and Verification: Collect and verify work authorization, visa-related documents, and other necessary paperwork upon the employee's first day.

What the day will look like

You will have the opportunity to contribute to the management of a portfolio of pension schemes, interacting with trustees and employers on all actuarial aspects of retirement planning.

Typical tasks include:

  • Advising trustees on funding requirements and risk and investment issues
  • Assist with supporting employers on accounting for pensions in their P&L and balance sheet
  • Assist with preparation of actuarial valuations, funding certificates, funding proposals and actuarial statements
  • Preparing individual member calculations in respect of projected benefits and options

What the day will look like

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end headcount management processes, including requisition tracking, scenario-based headcount planning, and process optimization.
  • Build and maintain workforce dashboards (e.g., headcount, location, recruiting capacity) to drive real-time insights for leaders.
  • Partner with Finance on supply/demand analysis, forecasting, and business scenario planning.
  • Collaborate with People Analytics and TA Operations to deliver predictive analytics, dashboards, and talent intelligence insights.
  • Conduct external benchmarking and refresh workforce metrics to support HRBPs and business leaders in planning discussions.
  • Support annual company-wide workforce planning processes, ensuring alignment with Strategic and Financial Planning.
  • Contribute to HR technology roadmap initiatives, including requirements, testing, and implementation of WFP tools (e.g., Workday, skills mapping, talent intelligence platforms).
  • Drive long-term strategic workforce planning projects, building Dropbox's capability for long-range talent planning, resource allocation, and org design.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Workforce Planning, Analytics, or Consulting within a global corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to design dashboards, models, and data visualizations that translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong collaboration skills with demonstrated success partnering across Finance, Recruiting, HRBPs, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting analysis and recommendations to leadership.
  • Demonstrated agility in managing shifting priorities, ambiguity, and fast-paced business demands.
  • Advanced technical expertise with Workday data/reporting, Excel or Tableau, and HR technology platforms and SQL.
  • Hands-on experience implementing or refining Position Management and (ideally) skills-based workforce models.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-team and/or multi-phase projects from design through implementation, leveraging product management principles (roadmapping, user journeys, feature prioritization) and design thinking (prototype planning solutions, and iterate based on data) to improve adoption and impact
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to automate workflows, enhance workforce data analysis, and deliver insights in the flow of work; strong comfort with using AI to improve planning efficiency and decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to various Talent Intelligence platforms
  • People/HR domain experience, someone who understands TA and HRBP roles
  • Prior experience with company-level planning processes
  • Experience deploying a skills-based workforce model is a strong advantage

Ireland Pay Range

€72.300—€97.700 EUR

The range listed above is the expected annual salary/OTE (On-Target Earnings) for this role, subject to change.

As part of Customer Support operations, this team collaborates with internal stakeholders, capacity planning teams, and external partner WFM teams to optimize workforce efficiency. As a Workforce Planning Senior Analyst, you will lead the allocation of headcount across multiple sites, channels, and tiers, ensuring optimal staffing levels for Airbnb's global support network. Your expertise in forecasting, scheduling, and capacity planning will drive operational excellence. Success in this role means delivering data-backed staffing strategies, optimizing workforce efficiency, and proactively solving resourcing challenges to improve customer experience.

A Typical Day

  • Generate and deploy schedules across multiple services, languages, and contact channels.
  • Analyze demand trends and build scheduling scenarios to optimize staffing levels.
  • Provide insights on the impact of new business lines, SLA changes, and workflow adjustments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine workforce planning strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Track and report on workforce performance, presenting findings in WBR, MBR, and QBR meetings.
  • Serve as the WFM lead on new initiatives, ensuring operational readiness.
  • Act as a proxy for the Regional Workforce Planning Manager as needed.

Your Expertise

  • 5+ years of experience in a contact center management role.
  • Strong proficiency in workforce planning tools such as Genesys WFM (preferred) or similar (IEX/NICE, Aspect/eWFM).
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets and communicate insights clearly.
  • Exposure to data visualization tools like Tableau, SQL, and Interactive Insights is preferred.
  • Expertise in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in contact center planning within an emerging tech company is preferred.
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally as required
