Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of software implementation projects
  • Manage daily SaaS project tasks for software implementation

The Global Business Solutions Ingestion Analyst is responsible for executing the data ingestion strategy for Commercial Underwriting Products internationally. The role will work with CUO Office, Underwrriting Business Leaders and Data Management office to onboard and support data feeds.

**Responsibilities**
Partnership:
+ Drive AI Business Solutions and Security growth in the Geo through deep analytics forward and backwards (deployment, active usage & upsell). Shares business insights and advances solutions and actions plans to drive business and commercial leader goals and short-term accountabilities.
+ Leverage Corp models and analytics and community best practices to provide actionable insights through the segment controllers and CFOs.
+ Understand competitive market insights, provide thought leadership to challenge GTM leads & STU around new business opportunities / growth roadmap landscape.

+ Go-to person on any technical topics pertaining to AI Business solutions products for the Finance organization within the Area.

Prioritization:
+ Performs and reviews analysis of present and future financial performance, financial plans (e.g., expected returns, resource allocation, investment opportunities) and economic transactions (e.g., customer deals, commercial partnerships, etc.) for AI Business & security products.
+ Understand competitive market insights, provide thought leadership to challenge business leads around new business opportunities and growth roadmap landscape.
+ Delivers results through tracking performance, report accuracy, and partnering with business leaders to ensure execution of plans and accountability for results. Manages the rhythm of the business for area of responsibility including monthly close, recurring business review preparation, and future looking views. Generates relevant and actionable insights to drive the business forward.

+ Drives the right tone from executive leadership and ensures strict adherence and understanding of Microsoft policies on risk and compliance. Influences leadership to ensure compliance is a top priority and modeled throughout the organization. Drives a compliant culture through actions and decisions to instill trust. Job Summary

The Business Solutions leader will support the execution of Intuity Technologies business Offerings to customers and support the growth of customer revenue through sales programmes, operational and delivery excellence. The role is accountable for delivery quality (including identifying improvements to existing process and methodologies), identifying new opportunities in existing or new accounts, providing solutions and associated delivery planning.

Essential Job Functions

Maintain and Build the Business: In partnership with Sales, participates in the account planning and all new opportunities. Ensure account objectives are aligned with overall delivery programmes.

  • Provide work estimates and ensure all programs and solutions are delivered leveraging best practices and the INTUITY standards of program methodology. Make recommendations as necessary to modify the overall project plan and reset priorities to achieve those goals.

  • Accountable for internal PL of each project and responsible for the profitability of selected accounts as a whole.

  • Proactively monitor overall progress at regular intervals to key stakeholders, resolving issues and initiating corrective action, as appropriate, and in accordance with the governance arrangements.
  • Share best practices, build common methodology for different services and collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on possible improvements to current methods or exploit new opportunities in technology or solutions.

What You'll Do:
As our new
ERP Technical Solutions Specialist
within our Enterprise Solutions team. In this role, you will provide technical QAD AUX expertise to design and deliver custom program solutions that meet the needs of our enterprise-wide QAD system user base. You will work closely with the business to understand requirements, build strong relationships, and coordinate with other IT teams to ensure maximum application uptime. This includes optimizing system usage, managing incident resolution, and overseeing service request fulfillment to ensure the QAD system operates at its full potential.

Additional key responsibilities include
:

  • Manage resource allocation and backlog prioritization with TPOs to deliver QAD AUX projects, enhancements, and long-term application support.
  • Define and maintain the QAD AUX product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with business and IT objectives.
  • Gather and refine requirements, identifying new opportunities within the QAD ecosystem to drive business value.
  • Act as the link between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring engagement and clarity in Agile delivery.
  • Oversee product performance, quality assurance, and budget, reporting value realization to governance bodies.
  • Resolve QAD-related incidents and requests in ServiceNow, following AMS processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence technical priorities and strategic direction.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery, system performance, and KPI alignment.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years' experience in ERP product management, technical planning, and/or roadmap delivery roles.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering ERP integrations, solutions, and enhancements.
  • Experience in Agile delivery environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Progress OpenEdge ABL (4GL) and Object-Oriented (OO) ABL development and support.
  • Expertise in JavaScript
