Job Description
This role will be involved in the design, implementation and test phases of Process Systems and Solutions (PSS) projects, supporting Senior and Lead Engineers within the team. They are responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of tasks.

**In this role, your main responsibilities will be:**
+ **Customer Relations** - support the relevant Lead Engineer in understanding, managing and achieving each customer's expectations.
+ **Project Execution** - take ownership of the Engineering activities on all allocated tasks and proactively utilise methodologies, resources and techniques for minimising the execution cost, whilst maintaining the requisite schedule and quality standard.
+ **Project Management** - provide the Lead Engineer with all vital support and information to ensure that they are fully advised of resource requirements, progress and areas of risk for the allocated tasks
+ **Communications** - ensure that team members, inclusive of any third parties, are provided with all necessary and relevant information - details of scope, schedule, technical specifications and quality standards - to effectively deliver their allotted work.
+ **Scope Control -** fully understand the scope of work within their portfolio, ensure that it is delivered to the requisite quality, budget and schedule and that the relevant Lead Engineer is fully informed, at the earliest opportunity, of any customer initiated changes in scope.
+ **Quality Control** - ensure that all Engineering activities are undertaken in accordance with the Company's and projects quality control processes and that the relevant standard is achieved.
+ **Internal Knowledge Transfer** - actively share knowledge and experience with the Engineering team and the wider organisation.

For this role you will need:
+ Completed studies in an engineering related field (in particular automation, electronics/electrical engineering, process engineering, computer science)
+ more than 3 years of relevant working experience in technical project implementation
+ Good interpersonal skills and presentation skills. Comfortable being in a customer facing capacity to explain project progress, challenges and solutions.
+ Ability to work either in the Cork or Dublin offices within the standard schedule (4 days in the office/1 day work from home)
**Preferred qualifications to set you apart:**
+ Previous experience in automation engineering specifically.
+ Experience working in a matrix organization
