Ingka Group (IKEA) is seeking a Bank Infrastructure Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end bank account and infrastructure management process. In addition, you will review the service levels, inventorise deficiencies and liaise with the bank's relationship and client service teams to ensure robust, proactive and permanent resolution of issues. (For avoidance of doubt, this is not a role with people management responsibilities).
To be successful in this role, you have the following:
• 3+ years professional experience working in corporate banking or a global treasury of a complex muti-national corporation
• 3+ years' experience in AML and related KYC protocols as well as experience in reviewing related cash management legal agreements
• Extensive knowledge of bank account opening and service enablement processes
• Good knowledge of standard cash management products, SWIFT and related documentation
• Good knowledge of cash pool structures, capital & FX control restrictions, regulations impacting financial instruments used for cash management purposes and withholding tax
• Educated to at least a graduate level in the fields of finance or law. A professional qualification such as ACT would be an advantage
• Experience in managing global projects and working knowledge of Quantum (FIS) would be an advantage
• Able to handle ambiguity or unpredictable situations and capable of working under pressure
• Able to build strong and trusting relationships across functions and be able to work well within a team and contribute actively towards team goal attainment

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implement INGKA bank on boarding policies, and ensure all bank on boarding adhere to the above policy targeted towards ensuring consistent application of Know Your Customer (KYC) principles and INGKA Transactional Banking contractual principles
• Assess requests for new banks, bank accounts, connectivity, service enablement's against established cash management principles; and initiate account opening/closing, service enablement/disablement with the relevant bank
• Review and document the end-to-end process of bank infrastructure management for the group with a view to continuously improve the process efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide banks with required KYC information and manage all relevant documentation including but not limited to contracts, forms, service enablement requests, proposed volumes, source of fund information
• Support the internal legal counsel with analysing contract terms that do not conform to INGKA contractual principles
• Maintain the bank account master database, treasury management system, payment factory system, general ledgers with all the relevant bank account information and ensure consistency of information between these solutions
• Perform period reviews on the completeness of bank accounts and related static data by conducting completeness and validation audits
• Maintain all relevant delegation of authority/Power of Attorney (PoA) documentation in line with INGKA policies
• Perform user access management on all group bank accounts to ensure only appropriately mandated individuals have access bank accounts
• Inventorise performance deficiencies of banks and secure escalation and remediation from banks in close coordination with the relevant relationship manager of the bank
